    Ty for the video, Q:Why does the SD value for each group not matter?

      It doesn't necessarily not matter; for the purpose of the video it didn't matter. If I had changed the value, it would have just changed the effect size. It would be important to put the SD value in the calculate tray if you knew that information. Any stats program would give you this information or a journal article would likely have this info too.

      I recommend using the player speed controls to slow me down if needed.
