Hi, great video, very helpful. We got a question maybe you could help us. my girlfriend dutch is pregnant 4 months at this time, I have to leave the country already because my visa expired, we want to apply for a chavez residence permit when the baby is born but we have heard from a lawyer that there are cases denied and the father gets rejected the visa to stay with the kid in this case Dutch mother. This because they can say that we can have a life also in the other country and not in The Netherlands. Maybe have you heard of cases like this and also what would be an argument for them to deny this visa?
