I was diagnosed with Vitamin C deficiency. So as far as I understand it improves the absorption of iron that is poorly absorbed, such as iron from meat-free sources. It may also reduce the risk of iron deficiency and it helped me a lot .

Nope. I have been plant based for OVER three years and I do pull-ups with 45lb plates, squat 155lbs. So she is WRONG with plant based. AND I AM OVER 50!

I also used to sleep randomly in between my work time and understood how it fucked my whole body! And now that I have changed it I feel just awesome!
