The annuity and insurance industry won't be able to exploit its customer's if they live an extra several years. Unintended consequences must be addressed if we have a prolonged and healthy life span.
15:40 Flour and sugar are the same? Well, flour has glucose in starch, but sugar has glucose and fructose. Fructose can only be metabolised in the liver and causes fatty liver, whereas glucose can be used as energy resource by all cells. So sugar is much worse.
Both are bad. Simple carbs raise your glucose level as well as A1C which is actually a better test. We should strive for lean protein preferably not in the form of red meat, no processed meat and most vegetables.
Respectfully, why would you even say that? People do need more protein than the RDA, especially as they age and develop anabolic resistance, but meat, while benign in small quantities in people who are physically fit and without underlying health disorders, has been proven to have a significant downside, too extensive to go into here, compared to other sources of protein, including non-meat animal protein.
I am hoping to live to 120 heathily! Read Daniel Chapter 3. I don't think it is the end all but added with Organ meats, and Organic meats, with NO WHITES! I think this will help 120 % Ha! Prayerfully!
This sounds a little trumped up. For example, 150 grams of meat is a little over 5 ounces. That's slightly more than a recommended serving, but substantially less than the average steak. What's the big deal consuming that amount over the course of a day? If this presenter weighs 165 pounds, she's eating only 124 grams per day. An egg weighs about 50 grams. It's nothing.

How can an average person get plasmaphereses covered? Seems like there would have to be a medical condition other than wellness to get this done.
