    This is great! I love having a workout I can do in my Condo that will also help my game! Keep up the great ideas on improving game without needing the court!

    loved this. I was looking for a workout pickleball drille--this hits the spot. Probably a good pre-game warmup as well

      I was thinking the same thing… I can just taste the magical levity from the densely wooded, damp air… presumed it had to be one of the islands in the beautiful pacific northwest. Pickleball’s motherland, miss’n it, but holding it down here in Sedona! Thanks for the great vid.

    I repeat the first two exercises with back hand. That makes it the 7 minute workout. Being left handed I need to keep that back hand working. Thanks for the video

    On the plank speed drill; could it be done on the wall and still he effective?
