7:02 ottimo pilota ! Ma soprattutto grande e bella Montreal ....auto incompresa ai suoi tempi, forse perchè era troppo avanti rispetto alla concorrenza, nonostante qualche carenza di affidabilità.
The Montreal was a beautiful car but it did not handle around the curves well. Actually , it could have been quite dangerous at times. I know the car well , my brother used to own one.
Thank you! I guess it's a very welcome improvement, I have driven a stock Montreal a few times (although not pushing it too hard) and heard the stories, the car while iconic and with a luscious engine doesn't handle too well, or rather it can be a handful, with soft sospension allowing for body roll, not-so-powerful brakes and heavy nose compared to a light back. Have you driven yours stock? Are the differences noticeable? I imagine so! It is still prone to surprise you, as seen towards the end of the video. Anyway great job! And thanks for sharing :)
@@musiccylinderK6 I've heard the same stories. Not so hard to believe since this is basically a 105 with a mad V8 inside....and Alfa said well...lets put in a lsd....problem "solved". Nevertheless, this is still my seccond favourite Alfa.
A specific 1931 8C 2300 Monza, race number 28, belonged to my great grand uncle, you can still see our last name BATTILANA printed on the side. I hope some day I am lucky enough to see it in person. This very car ruclips.net/video/CS0sT4lkaoA/видео.html

What setup is it running? Tires?
Has it had brakes or suspension upgrades from stock? Thankyou!
