great questions guys. Quite a blow to hear Michael say this is his last novel. Absolute legend.
Amazing. My younger's son middle name is Elric.
After reading The Swords Trilogy, I couldn't read any fantasy. It was so great.
The concept of Chaos: when his followers lose themselves so much that their bodies begin to merge with each other. I still wonder what those who want to serve evil think about this outcome?
Thanks man great questions and lovely talented guy. i appreciate all of your hard work. My grandfather's generation salt of the earth these guys. Of course im not glossing it over, there was some super bad stuff and super bad people then too, but honour and loyalty meant something to some people imao.
wow cant wait....just the intro now
thank god this man is still alive
Two things I've been wondering regarding Michael's youth are now responded: if he knew Karl Edward Wagner and his relationship with drugs. Great interview!
Thank you for listening!
They are actually talking to the king. Goddamn.
Really enjoying re-reading the new 3 part compiled series of Elric ATM, so awesome.
I had a great time! Thanks for inviting me to co-host this episode. Justin.
Me too, Howie! See you on the next one.
My all time fave writer. Great interview indeed.
Thank you!
Did i hear him correctly? He spends 3 days in bed planning the novel and then 3 days writing it. So a novel takes him like a week?
Yep, I remember him saying in the other episode as well hes always been a fast writer.
Does he have a Facebook page or other means of contact?
It is said he frequents in a facebook group 'The many worlds of Michael Moorcock'. He does use a fake name though.
