For my Alfredo sauce, i use a pint of heavy whipping cream, equal parts grated Parmesan & Italian blend cheese/mozzarella, a pack of cream cheese and half a stick of butter. I buy already cooked shrimp and boil them with my noodles with creole seasoning and then I'll also add Creole seasoning to my sauce along with the minced garlic, s&p, Italian seasoning, parsley, a few dashes of chili seasoning, and lemon juice at the end and I use heavy cream with softened cream cheese and some sour cream at the end for added creaminess. My mouth is watering watching your video lol this looks so good! 😅
