In this one we are doing part 2 of my office / studio renovation. This may very well be one of the coolest parts in the room....we are building a workbench with a hidden motorized flat screen tv!! Yup some straight James Bond type sh!t on this build!!

I have a "Sunrise" brand motorized TV entertainment center for 15 years now. The one thing I've learned is it takes LONG cables to properly run with the motorized track. And a cable wears out early if you raise and lower it a lot.

I've done a few of those for clients. Normally they ask for it and when I tell them a) how big the box needs to be, or b) how small the TV needs to be or c) how big the check needs to be, they thank me for my time and hang the TV on the wall themselves!
