    Quick, simple & super useful stuff. You can definitely see his Catch wrestling background shining through.

      @@PhysiKarlzKarate kid reference. "If do right, no can defence" talking about the crane kick.

    • @PhysiKarlz
      @PhysiKarlz 3 месяца назад

      @@cadkls I have no idea how you deciphered that. There's no punctuation and it appears like almost randomly stringed together words.

    • @cadkls
      @cadkls 3 месяца назад

      @@PhysiKarlz I just recognised those three words, I don't fully understand it either, I just assumed he was comparing Eric paulson's skills with Mr Miyagi and saying that if you're as good as Eric is, then like Mr miyagi said, "no can defence".
      To be honest I'm probably just as lost as you, I may be wrong. Could you imagine future linguists digging up this conversation thousands of years I'm the future and wondering what the fuck is being said lol

    Good instruction. When I tried on the mats I got into position but couldn't finish it for some reason. The pressure wasn't there.

    It would be interesting to understand what nutritional advice Eric Paulson would give. Does he take supplements? What foods does he think enhances his health? What does he think about KLOTHO, taurine, NMN, and other longevity proteins, or herbs like Fo Ti?

    Will the opportunity come up often in bjj to perform these moves? It seems like it's not all that often that the opponent is on his back like that. I could be wrong. Any input is appreciated.

    i'ts crazy to grapple with people when it's for real. That's too demanding of reach, strength and weight. Little people can easily bust up big people with strikes, once they know how. This is especially true with curled up toes and front snap kicks to people who are on the ground.
