Watched CG for years before he got well known. Stopped watching recently since the heavy clickbait, doesn’t feel very authentic or down to earth anymore but hopefully that changes.

I will literally never understand why he can’t just workout earlier in the day like everybody else. Why make a gym stay open until nearly 2 am when you could’ve worked out a normal time? Not to mention all the sleep being lost because of that…
Not everyone is "everyone else"? Theirs 24 hour fitness's which i attend which i enjoy staying open all night
Some people work night shift, Others would need to go at a time before work when its not staffed so having passes to get in might as well apply to 24hrs. It doesn't explain why Christian works out at this time sometimes, But i get the feeling that if he lived by "Logic" he wouldn't be where he's at today

the clickbait is why I have snoozed the channel for awhile. my time is limited so getting to the point of the video is important for me. Daily Vlogs are ok, but the rest need get to the point.

CG my man, as a person that is/was thinning on top i suggest investing in some good shampoo/conditions for thinning hair. I personally use Nioxin. Use some foam minoxidil. Also, don't wash your hair but once a week and every other day with conditioner. Style with sea salt spray and argon oil.
He also put a lot of heat on it everyday that shit is dry and brittle
i forgot to mention that in my original comment to not sure heat products. His hair is so short anyway i don't see the need for a blow dryer. but i'm coming from a place of help because it took me a while to find the right stuff to help me. @@allisonalvarez2283

i honestly think its from energy drinks like monster zero calories... or the supplements these body builders take.. this stuff is so toxic. i wish people know what crap is in zero drinks and artfical sweetners.. trust me it causes havoc to our bodies.

@@ChillRichard I don't know man. With the quality of videos he puts out and he's only around a million subs? As a matter of fact it took him forever to hit a million. He's already dropped down below a million yet again. People don't like that clickbait crap and he does it almost every video. One of the things people like about him is his transparency and openness but then he basically says excuse me while I mislead you with these titles. Doesn't make sense to me why he does it because apparently it's not working.

Plus his content is mostly a “day in the life” content. He would probably get less views if he titled them accordingly than what he does now
Guzman could easily gain followers if he switches to just doing the same thing other fitness influencers do in, “Back workout” “leg workout” “how to grow calves” “why you’re not gaining muscle” etc
But that would mean changing his whole identity and what got him this far. His content is entertainment mixed with business issues of his companies, day in the life, and some workout content

Best thing I ever did a couple of years ago was to make my iPad as minimally connect as possible. No IG, NO iMessage/wechat. Pretty much no attention demanding apps. Such a difference. Same with “do not disturb mode” across devices from 9-9. So any attention you give them is within your control.

I just started watching Christian again after taking alittle break..
Ive watched him since his very first video! I honestly cant stand these videos,and clickbait anymore! He used to be a good youtuber and now he just looks miserable and shows off his money. Hes no longer a fitness guy...hes a lifestyle/money guy...really sad.
