Both you and Jo Lindner inspired me to get my health and physique in check. In terms of celebrities/influencers, I have cried today and felt this loss more than the passing of Ken Block. I am a Ken Block mega fan, but we all know he lived life on a razor thin edge with high risk automotive and extreme sports. He was also in his 50’s. For the world to lose Jo at such a young age is absolutely devastating. Christian, thank you for sharing your kind words of Jo. I am saddened that he is gone. The community is really feeling the pain of this loss. My condolences to his girlfriend, close friends and family, as well as the entire community. I know this shook you to the core because you’re around the same age. Keep moving forward and take care of yourself!

Hey Christian, take care of yourself - especially your health. I’ve been following you since you were still in college and you’ve been nothing but inspirational and motivational.
I don’t know this for a fact, but you may be doing something more than just TRT and I have to say that that’s not necessary. A pro card is great, but how important is it compared to your long term health? You have Heidi, your family, and millions & millions of followers who care about you.
I appreciate everything you’ve done for the industry, but be careful. We all love you and respect everything you’ve done.

Jo Lindner was one of the very first fitness influencers I ever followed over a decade ago. When I first started lifting I would message all of these famous jacked dudes to try to learn how to attain such a sick physique myself. He ended up being the only people to respond to my messages. That was very impactful to me at a young age.

Sorry I never found him and for the loss. Honestly, I have been on a fitness journey, as a disabled person(mild Cerebral palsy from birth) since 2012. Had a few setbacks, eye surgery in 2017 and then a stroke in 2020. I know it is not the same, stroke vs aneurysm, but I know how luck I am to be here still and not have any ill effects from the stroke. This is a reminder to me that I still could of had my stroke even if I had done everything right after 2017. Reality: I gained some 50 pounds due to my eye surgery, then hadn't lost any by the time of my stroke and blamed myself for not losing. I am dedicated to get to my goal next June which is in fact 75lb away , but I will try to remember all those who had early stroke/ aneurysm and weren't as lucky.

Regardless if you’re getting bloodwork checked and are under the care and advisement of a medical professional that does not mean you will not suffer the consequences. Be safe everyone. This young man was only 30 years young, I'm sure if it was up to him, he'd want more time on this EARTH, but NONE know the time nor the day, when your #''s called it's called. Hopefully this tragedy puts things into perspective, LIFE is QUICK & SWIFT, LOVE UNCONDITIONALLY, AND ENJOY EVERY BIT OF THIS 1 LIFE. P.S. stop talking as if you're middle aged because "HOPEFULLY" you've got your entire LIFE ahead of you.
