This brings me back to riding my bike alone through my neighborhood as a kid. Made me cry to feel that part of my heart that’s been there since the very beginning stir and be remembered and also grieved for the time I lost touch with it as a depressed and bitter adult. I am grateful for the journey back and to remember that underneath, I’ve always deeply loved every second of this life and world.
