The official video to this song is just fantastic. So much fun. And the singer is charismatic. I like it a lot. Watch their older videos and you will have a good day.
They actually represented Moldova in 2005 and 2011 and reached pretty good results both times 😉 So that's why it reminds you of Moldova's early entries because they actually were their first representatives!
Finally someone who appreciates it and and loves it. You don't even know the lyrics (it's a beautiful meaning about Moldova's history with Romania) The live auditions were only about the singing so they didn't prepared any stage performance but ofc they will at Eurovision in Turin.
its quickly became my favorite. very underrated in everyones tops. Good luck to Moldova from Czech Republic. This song is the only one that brings so much joy to me
Moldova was actually supposed to have a national final, but due to the current situation going on, they changed it too an internal selection, but let people see the auditions. That's why it went fast. They didn't want to waste time, just in case the situation got even worse, and they wouldn't be able to do anything in person at all.
Noosh please watch the music video for this song. It's fantastic. Very cinematic. This is my favorite song of all the 5 that are out so far. I would love to see your reaction to the music video.
That was just an audition. They will surely throw a crazy show like they did in 2005 and 2011, but I think this is much weaker than their other 2 ESC entries. The title means „The little train”. It's a song that promotes the reunification between Romania and Moldova. He mentions many times the names of the 2 capitals: „Chișinău - București”, singing about a train which leaves Chișinău, but doesn't seem to leave the country when it arrives to Bucharest.
great to see them back at eurovison. love their sound and music sooo much. can't understand why nobody like it. THAT'S REAL MUSIC...handmade music. no plastic pop like the spain entry. Violine, Akkordeon, Romans Playing on stage....love it. this is what i want to see and listen to. Good Luck Moldowa HEY HO Let's Go Folklore Rock 'n' Roll 1. Moldowa 2.Cech Republic
Any moldovian 40 years and above would have a blast dancing to it at an wedding after party or a taxi lmao 🤣 and yes it might sound goofy for western europe but its a cultural classic 🤷. But I love the fact you took it easy on them 😅
One of the best Eurovision's songs this year!!!! Moldova and Ukraine brought FOLKLORE this year to Eurovision, very bold decision, I hope they get good results!
This song has a hidden meaning! two countries that consider themselves brothers and share the same language! The video shows a train and people who do not understand that the train left the country and at the same time did not leave, because it allegedly did not leave Moldova, but was moving, as it were, from one room to another in the same house!
Look for the lyrics. It's a song with a strong political background. About two states that are in reality one but unfortunately separated by an unjust border. About the ideal of unity of the Romanians.
I think this has nothing to do with a Eurovision performance it's only an audition so I don't think there are reasons to panic staging wise so far because the staging we are going to get in May is probably going to be a completely different thing
@@harryt5878 oml yes i remember that 😂🤦 for a moment i was like "wait a minute, is she actually reading the lyrics from her phone while auditioning live?"
Well, considering Russia's attitude towards neghbouring and ex soviet countries, the secrecy when presenting a song sang in Romanian language (lately renamed Moldavian within Moldova's borders) that states the connection between Romania and Moldavia, is quite understandable, don't you think?
@@DaOneFame all contestants will perform live, yet everyone make reactions to studio versions. It's not even a "national final performance", it's a televised audition.
What it says ? It sounds super traditional , like a song that you dance in Romanians weddings , i have been in one when I loved there and I can see people's dancing this ❤️ loooove the entry from Moldova !
@@andreavictoriajaramilloelg6516 it speaks about the Friendship Train, on the route Chișinău (Moldova's capital city) - București (Romania's capital city). The whole song is a manifest towards the fraternity between Romania and Moldova, pointing out in the lyrics that even the train is confused about the border between the 2 countries, because we speak the same language and we're supposed to be part of the same country. However, the former USSR aka Russia forcefully took over the territory that now is what we know to be Moldova. So that's the message behind the song... It is a very emotional, friendly and full of love message towards Romania. And we are definitely sending that same love back to Moldova. ❤️
You did say frații and trenulețul right but zdob și zdub are like zdob(hard o, a very round mouth one) she (you ș is the equivalent to sh in romanian, you say the word the same as the pronoun she) zdoob. Hope i helped...
Moldova were going to do a NF, but this week scrapped it, they say due to rising Covid cases but I believe the broadcaster ear marked the biggest name who could bankroll their own staging and chose them instead of spending money on the NF and dragging it out
If Moldova knows what to do best, its staging, this song has potential to be super memorable with its performance, love the song too!!

In the lycrics , he is saying the TRENULET is going from Chisinau ( capital of Moldova ) to Bucuresti ( Capital of Romania) and I think its so cool :)
Yes, it is about the union of these two countries.

It was just an audition so hopefully in Turin they will have a performance as iconic as the song. They made me laugh so I love it🔥❤
This is lovely! Awesome! Moldova always deliver joyful moments to the ESC. 👏👏👏👏👏

It's Zdob si Zdub, I trust them and I totally believe they will do something great in EV.

Yes, people are judging it too early, that wasn't even mean to be a performance.
They were having a full national final with semis etc but due to rising covid cases they cancelled it and just did a quick one today
Maybe they could have waited till March.. I don't know 🤔🤔
@@DaOneFame yeah probably, would allow the artists time to prepare especially the poor woman who had to read some of the lyrics from her phone 😂

Moldoda and Romania, separated into two different countries, so train Chishinev-Bucharest connecting both...
Bravo Moldova 🥰😍👍
This was just an internal voice audition, without any show.
No national contest this year.
The oficial video is so funny!
🇲🇩Moldova deserves to win!!❤🙂
I love it!!!
My dear the reaction of televotiv was second in Oficial Eurovision music contest ...they realy bring a realy party in the Eurovision music contest.
That colored thing that he is wearing is part of the national costume.
I love this. It will probably not win, but with a better staging it may qualify.

2:19 That Makes Sense, Zdob Si Zdub Have Actually Participated Twice Before, I Believe, Including Once In 2005!
This should be in the final
I actually like it
Great and respectful comments.
I love it
Why is no one reacting to the official music video? :/
This is what makes me wonder too
Because they will compete with a performance at Eurovision not with music video

the song is about Moldova and Romania being one country, even though theres a border in between.
