Part of it was shouting or essentially sounding more like she's yelling at them instead of sticking strictly to the notes. It's an approach that some people take to that role as compared to others; both are really good (although the shouting one should be done right). I'm playing Fruma-Sarah in my high school production in 2 months and I'm trying to mix the two worlds 🤪
grandma Ztietel looked like she had a ton of fun playing the part
grandma tzeitel & the rabbi had the most fun during that number tbh
i loved the ghost lady
This Grandma Ztietel is fantastic! xD
Omg all the videos I’ve seen before weren’t so good,it helped me be better at my part (Fruma Sarah)
I truely loved it.they did a great job.
The first half is one of the funnest I've seen- Grandma and the Rabbi really made it.
What great prouction design! Where is this "Olive cast"?
Great production, but it’s painful to hear Tzeitl and Fruma Sarah destroying their vocal cords instead of singing the wonderful notes….
It sounds totally off key! I played in this as a teenager and remember every note. This scene is off key.
