Thank you a lot, for MTI or sponsorship routes, after 2 or 3 years of the contract period, is it strong enough to find another hospitals or sponsorship there ? or its not 100 % guaranteed to stay in UK ? thank you

Aoa Dr Adnan. Thank you for an insightful video. I graduated in 2008 . Have 4-5 year experience in non trainee psychiatry jobs. I have a Master in Psychiatry from Cardiff University along with dissertation. I have a Certificate in global mental health n research from Havard medical university and a pass in MRCPsych paper A and B . I have until 2026 to take the Casc exam. But since I am based in GCC , my career is stalled as there is preference for Arab doctors. I am on the verge of giving up my psychiatry profession . I am a mother of small kids. Any guidance on my career as I feel very disappointed and depressed .
Assalam-o-alaikum I am MRCSEd Accident and Emergency since 2009. I am interested to have GMC registration without a license to practice. I want to practice UK after few years. I want to know my eligibility. Do I need to have PLAB ?

If you have already got gmc registration can you follow MTI or sponsorship route. Is it possible eg to pass MRCP and not apply for gmc registration. Can they follow MTI or sponsorship route.

Finish your MRCPsych and get you will get job in the UK

Why would you do that? you are at an advantage of applying for jobs with GMC registration and the MTI.
