How to Choose Training Rotation in the UK as a Doctor / Choosing Deanery for Training

In this video, I have covered the common question I am getting from the IMG junior doctors: choosing the training rotations in the UK and finding which area is suitable for them.
I covered geographical location, including social links, personal preference, cost of living, and schools.
I also shared how to search the GMC training survey for feedback from the trainees about particular rotations and deaneries.
According to the GMC training survey 2023, these are the top Deaneries to train in the UK for the Core Psychiatry Training with overall satisfaction scores as reference.
