Lovely; I adored them as a child, became reasonably familiar with them as a railway apprentice forty years ago and was saddened by their demise. This is one DMU gala where, credit to its promoters, the variety of multiple units often to be found at work in many places around British Railways in the 1960s and '70s. seems to have been well replicated. Smartly turned out rolling stock nicely captured on video, but I have to say that above all else the Wickham looks simply gorgeous. Many thanks for posting Dewi.
Interesting video, love M50454 livery! I don’t remember seeing that livery applied to this type in the early days, but when I started DMU number collecting (big time) in 1971 there were still a few cars sporting their original green livery, like E56189 which took me from Bentham to Leeds around that time. Another car which escaped the blue paintbrush was E59696, of the Calder Valley Class 110. I never realized the Class 127 was compatible with the “blue square” 108, but they keep moving on!

Great nostalgia, brings back memories of riding these in the 60s on the Richmond to Darlington line which closed in 1969
