I wish you the best if/when you make a move, somebody will be gaining a great trucker!!👍 If you’re still available in a couple of months I might be able to get you a great job with a company that’s getting ready to start up 👍😎😎 I’m not sure how much of your work ethic can be attributed to the Airborne but you definitely do things right Buddy 👍😎😎 God Bless You And Your Wife 🙏
Wish you the best. TMC may be a great starter company but you are long past the starter phase. We are too old to be micromanaged. I set up a load going back east from Los Angeles. I called a small shipper that I have hauled for and told them I would be in the area and they called dispatch and set it up. It helps to keep the shipper in the loop. I send daily updates on my location and projected ETA. I guess keeping them informed help me get this good load.
@@airbornetrucker9464 Good to know you are not micromanaged. I knew TMC was not a good fit for me when they let me go in orientation because I was rusty with downshifting. Only drove about 45 minutes Monday and Tuesday. I can drive from SC to Washington and Oregon not hear a word or message until I send my empty call.
@@airbornetrucker9464 Bossman I do dry Van. I heard you say your interested in their tanker division, I have no clue on their pay, or home time, but they do run from GA to FL and also TN.

Gotta watch July 11, that was the next video. They got out of order once this one finally uploaded. Loads are there but the pay isn’t 😂. Thanks for watching
I've applied to TMC. I would've had the job but they said i had to cut my dreads because it's past my shoulders. Saying it's a safety issue from load securement. I call BS
That’s odd,There are plenty of drivers here with dreads. But I’m sure it’s not past their shoulders. Technically you can’t wear a hard hat safely from TMC standpoint
@@airbornetrucker9464 Technically is the terminology lol. I shrugged my shoulders because I wore a hard hat as a crane operator at my former job. Oh well enjoy your reset.

Do TMC still offer manual transmission if that’s what you chose to drive as a company driver?
All automatic
Keep looking and you will find a good company out there
Oh yeah, it just takes some time and research
I cant wait to start, i asked them to give me another month, but in all honesty, i need to get my system clean. Im done with the weed now
Hopefully they still let you start. A lot have applied and didn’t get the opportunity. Hopefully your opportunity hasn’t gone by. Thanks for watching
