I really don't like the people who are jealous of Mokko making his living, stealing his goat, destroying is garden etc....is just disgusting. Just keep your shoulders up mokko, they should know better.
Ratty is so advance with agricultural. He knows how to grow natural food. I'm not sure if people knows half of what ratty knows. Big up ratty 🏅🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🏅🥇🏅🥇
Really love watching these videos so chilled out! Tasted Rasta food for the first time in the wilds of Barbados no fancy restaurant just real people wonderful 😍
Ratty is Mokko in the making, for real. Ratty reminds me of when I use to follow my grandmother all over her property in Manchester when I was a child. She planted everything, just like Mokko. I use to love going to visit her on my school holidays. This is bringing tears to my eyes. Thanks Mattie for all these footage. I look forward to each and every episode. Peace, joy and blessings guys 🙏🙏🙏
barbara timmermans so true feed the pigs and chicken the morning we couldn't wait to wake up and look across the banana walk to see her coming through her back door cause we know we getting cane and chocolate (cocoa plant) to eat SIP grandma
This channel isn’t only beautifully shot and edited but every single second of the content is as deep as it is beautiful. So blessed to have found it. Helping me through hard times. Bless up Matt and Ras Mokko!
Ed Dozen Madder you can get extracts naturally from pressing with heat brings out all the oils and terpenes absolutely lovely and tasty but yea I can see your point
Ratty is such a great guy all through these episodes man, always helping, always teaching and learning and full of the spirit of rural Jamaica. Beautiful
Ratty is a legend haha. I have to come visit one day, would be a nice break from gloomy London, spending time with these lovely people, eating good food, breathing fresh air and being in nature. Even my 3.5 year old nephew loves the show. Mokko got fans of all ages from all over the world.
This Man is So Relaxed. Its really nice to see someone who is Humble in life. Very appreciative of what he has. Excellent Videos sir! Congratulations!!!!
Mokko and Ratty's relationship is great. What an awesome grandfather to have and teaching him all these natural things. Excellent shot of the leaf with the dew on it btw! Keep up the amazing work! 💚
Makes me miss Jamaica. I've only been there 2 times, but would go over and over again if I could afford it. (I'll go again, I assure you.) Keep up the good work Matthew. You make me *feel* like I'm there again.
I see how knowledgeable they are and I get a glimpse of my ancestors. We were knowledgeable of the land and how to survive and take care of it. So when we were stolen and taken to America the stuff we see and enjoy here my people made that happen. Sometimes I feel like my history has been watered down and erased because i was born in the U.S. unlike people from the island and the continent of Africa who know where they come from. But through Mokko and little Ratty I see how smart my people are even from childhood my people were very smart. Not dumb people that history books would like us to believe. My people have always been valuable, self sufficient, industrious, and resilient. Mokko and his family are teaching us all lessons more than he realizes. Bless up!!
It is so great to see Mokko teaching Ratty to farm. To be self sustaining. Ratty is so smart and gets to not only farm but gets a great teacher in his gf. Awesome video Matthew. Bless up to Mokko and his family and too you Matthew and your crew. Keep up the good work.
Heeeeyyyy everyone!! Happy Friday!!! Can’t wait to see what dinner looks like and it would be fun to explore Morant Bay! Another great episode to watch and replay 😃.
I enjoy Mokko's cooking but I love hearing him talk and interacting with his grandson Ratty. But you capture the passion he has for his farming and reaping the harvest for feeding his family and guests. In my opinion his connection to it all has a deeper meaning. It's so spiritual. ❤️💚💛 One Love
I always eat good vegan food and smoke some Herb when I watch Ras Kitchen, great end to a great Friday! Hope everyone is eating well and medicated :) Bless up, One Love 💚
We need to get mokko a shovel so he's not burning out the edge of his machete digging in the dirt with it. The content is great so far Matthew, keep up the good work!
This is the Jamaican way to dig food. We use shovel to scope things up and to mix concrete. the machete is easier to control and won't cut up the food u r trying to dig. It does happen sometimes, but it wud take more time. If mokko hd used a shovel he might hv gotten 3 whole cocoa and not 7 the rest wud might hv been damaged
8:00 - Matthew that's a wicked shot bro 👊... The old, wise and worn hands showing the young, fresh and inexperienced hands how its done. Beautiful work time and time again. Bless up
6:51, you can see the look of a proud grandfather on Mokko's face as he hears Ratty display his agricultural knowledge lol. Good vibes. Bless up, One Love from the VI.
Missing out on my favorite videos here. Hurricane Irma & Maria got me without power and internet. Just got a little signal and glad to see videos like this to bring me back to reality. Big up from the Virgin Islands !!!
Mokko has "pasture" raised pig!!! The healthiest & strongest pork!! The hog is a blessing. I hope Mokko can catch a couple of these seemingly delicious hogs.
I HAVE ALREADY DECIDED THAT THIS IS WHERE I WILL RESIDE WHEN I VISIT JAMAICA AS LONG AS IT IS AVAILABLE. I AM SO INTRIGUED BY MOKKO AND FAMILY. MATT YOU ARE TOTALLY AWESOME FOR THIS. I AM A HUGE FAN!
Mokko reminds me of my great grandfather he also plant banana trees and lots of coco...😢ratty is a good agriculturist someday.goodjob Mathew u introduce Ras kitchen to the whole world Soo it helps the family income👌🙏shannel is so beautiful😉😊😍bless up!!!.
Ratty wanted to grab the camera. Lol. He's a brilliant young man. At that pace Ratty will be an master farmer before he's even a teenager. As they say, "It takes a village to raise a child", and they've done a great job with him. Much respect.
How wonderful is it for Ratty to have a grandfather like Mokko! To learn to work the soil, feed himself, and be independent of the fuckery out there from a young age is more valuable than silver and gold. FAWAAD AND FIYAKAH!
el scientifico yeah , these people can never go hungry, they hv everything in their backyard, even a damn river. I would love to live like this nxt to a river with all those food plants and trees. I live in st Catherine half an hour away from spanish town jamaicas old capital, it is a bit more developed here, so not nearly as easy going as mokkos village.
We have to share da LUV some how some way Mathew. The neighbors know Mokko get help. Please figure out something. I think Mokko can share a little something and put little bags of groceries in other people yards. Poverty is no joke!!! Mokko gets help and others don't. Soon the whole mountain will know what U do for Mokko. It creates conflict!!! Be careful!!!! U must share with others!!!!!!
Ratty is like a wee learning machine, soaking up all the input from Ras Mokko.
Indeed
