Great video it helped me a lot. The washer you refer to is a thrust washer and goes between the first gear cog on the counter shaft and the case. Reference page 163 of Clymer Manual number M310-13 for Honda 50-110cc OHC singles 1965-1999. I purchased it from LAMBDA Motorcycles
Question. If the Shift forks are worn would that cause the transmission to pop out of gear, slip and grind? Clutch cover side. Everything looks good works nothing is bent or broken. Shift through gears engine off rotating the tire. Replaced Clutch and still does the same thing. What do you think? Shift forks. Is that a big job? Do I have to remove the engine to do that job?
Hey Geoff Sorry for the delay mate! It’s a hard one to answer it’s not hard if you have the time to split the case and check it all out could be something simpler just take note and photos of internals as you pull it apart to help later 👍
@@postietv7438 well I spit the engine and the forks look like new almost no wear. But I did find a loos pin floating around. Not sure where it came form. 🤔 anyways I'm going to clean it up and put it back together. Hopefully I find where that pin goes.
Purchased an 82 ct110 as a project and just discovered it has a cracked case looks like the chain broke and took out the case. If I have another left side crankcase is it possible to change this without having to completely tear apart the gearbox?

Yeah mate you can do that just make sure it’s not sitting on the kick start when you take it apart as it will push the gearbox out
I need a new cog, the one with 6 holes, no idea what to look up
I might have one look up postie tv on Facebook and send me a message
