Paul Dillets crucifix pose is still one of most favorite and iconic poses to me to this day. Everything looks perfect, especially given his height, to be able to pull that off the way he did

That has got to be one of the most intense arm shots I've ever seen between not only the mass, but hanging onto that mass despite being dry as a bone to show all the conditioning on top of it. Just wow, if I was that dude I'd be showing people that photo all proud and sh*t right up to my dying day hahah. As far as I'm concerned you've earned lifelong bragging rights if you were ever able to pull off those kind of arms at any point in your life.

Objectively, there isn’t one clear cut dude, but Schwarzenegger, Coleman, Robinson, Dillet are some on the short list. Priest good arms but way too stubby, peak isn’t the best, etc.
He had asthma and some other malady that made it hard for him to flex continuously. Honestly I was unaware until someone mentioned it to me back in 2018.

Imo I would rather have phils arms. It is more seperated than lee's and imo more shapely. Specially the brachialis and brachioradialis. He had the best ever of it. And lees arms are too short that gave him this massive appearance of his guns.

Look at lee priest biceps, his biceps heads are much bigger than the brachialis while it's not the case with phil heath.

Have known E Moi for decades. He used to work out at the same gym as me. He was crazy strong, 600 bench and 600 incline. And seeing his arms in person regularly, they were so big they did not look real. Unfortunately, EM has fallen on bad times. Last time I saw him he was dealing with a bad back, knees, and torn biceps. So said to see this guy go downhill. He was a nice guy, always had a smile on his face and always ready for a good conversation.

I would pick Phil's all day over Lee why? Lee's biceps aren't as long as you think, when he was a teen a you can clearly see that 3 finger gap. He didn't possessed that split between the short and long head of the bicep. Phil's biceps have that way more separation as you can always see that pronounced shadow in between his bicep and triceps, the Asymmetry isn't even that bad. Plus Lee's arms are short as hell. If they were as long as Phil's they'd probably be 19 inches max.
Will you do these "sum ups" with legs (quads, hams, calves) and back (all kinds of back muscles) as well? It would be really cool! :) Lee's 1st place is expected, but I can't really comprehend the arms of Heath. top 10 needs to be extra ordinary. like the first thing you see that impresses you like yates back, cutler thigh etc. phil heath , sergio olivia clearly make that cut with arms appearing as the significant part. some of my favorites which were not mentioned in this video. Ernie Taylor, dude had cannon ball roundness on those arms. Then there was middleweight dude, tony pearson, he was small but his bi was too well defined. even at age 60, man had his bi standing out.
It's ironic that Dorian Yates had some of the smallest biceps in history but yet he could beat all these guys or almost anyone in competition for that matter with the rest of his unmatched conditioning! That's what I call real heart from a Champuon that can outperform everywhere else!!!!!!!

I am wondering why you never mention the actual size in inches when comparing arms as well as other body parts. Like---whose arms were the biggest in circumference when measured with a tape? Maybe it doesn't matter to you, but I am interested, and I would think others might be inquisitive also.
I would but measurements are often unreliable. It doesn't really matter either as bodybuilding is all about illusion. Greg Kovacs supposedly had 25" biceps but tell me do they look bigger than Coleman's, who were never stated to be over 24"?
I can tell you this he was weighing about 294 lb his arms were so crazy (and I've met a lot of the top bodybuilders) that he look like he had on a muscle suit 20 inch mark

I am wondering why you never mention the actual size in inches when comparing arms as well as other body parts. Like---whose arms were the biggest in circumference when measured with a tape? Maybe it doesn't matter to you, but I am interested, and I would think others might be inquisitive also.
I would but measurements are often unreliable. It doesn't really matter either as bodybuilding is all about illusion. Greg Kovacs supposedly had 25" biceps but tell me do they look bigger than Coleman's, who were never stated to be over 24"?

I can tell you this he was weighing about 294 lb his arms were so crazy (and I've met a lot of the top bodybuilders) that he look like he had on a muscle suit 20 inch mark

lack definition and seperation
20:04 The ideal front double bicep. It's literally perfect from the Calves all the way up to the forearms. I literally can't see a way to improve it
Its amazing but the proportions are a little off. Arms and legs are too short compared to the long thorso. Flex is perfection in this pose
