It's not about how high you can jump. The cellerciser is supposed to have a firm impact. It is very sturdy. You will probably never have to change the springs on a cellerciser. It is very sturdy as well. The handle bars are not just for balance, they are used in many routines. I think the two are used in slightly different ways.

Totally true. Cellerciser is THE BEST rebounder on the market. Hands down!!! I have two of them used to have a Bellicon and I have it away....pronated my ankles so badly. Those bungee strings have to be replaced plus you have to choose a Bella cone based on your weight.... That means not everyone in the family can use the same rebounder. Too many disadvantages for a Bellicon or any of the bungee rebounders. There's a reason why Cellerciser has a faster bounce return rate.... It moves lymph faster and more efficiently.
I started on a Cellerciser! I also used ReboundAir..Then I tried the Bellicon and it made all the difference.. I personally feel the bungee’s are best for me..Try both and see what works best for you..The key is actually using the equipment and not using it for drying clothes and collecting dust

Is that basically what you use it for is to bounce? How do you find exercising on it? The “I Jump Imstead” channel uses 2, a bungee for stretching and such and cellerciser for building muscle. Just curious as to how you mainly use it?
I've had my Celluciser for over 20 years. The springs, mat, cover are all replaceable. I don't give a rip about it being pretty, I just want it to work. I prefer it over a bungee one as I found the bungee type too easy to roll my ankle. Again, it all depends on what not just what you want to do with it, but where you're starting on your journey.

I bought a Bellicon 3 years ago. Best investment ever! I have weak ankles and have never twisted them. I purchased the T- bar for doing aerobics. The great thing about Bellicon is you change out the bungees to increase/decrease resistance. And it's quiet, no metal springs means no squeeking. And I got a bigger size so jumping jacks, aerobics, etc. don't crowd your feet out to the bungee area. The bigger size is just simply safer for footwork.

You're trying to compare apples to oranges. The Cellerciser self adjusts to the body weight of the user, with the Bellicon you have to choose resistance depending on your weight, so if you want to lose weight you'd have to change the bungees and/or the mat when you're lighter. Also, the firmness of the Cellerciser allows you to build muscle mass and the springs will last a lifetime, it's weather proof. The Bellicon bungees need to be replaced as you mentioned.
Husband and wife are different weight so the leg test wasn’t a good comparison. You can however see a difference in the husband jumping back on forth on both
Why is higher better? And there’s science behind stomping and jumping is helpful in building bone. Cellerciser claims it helps. What are thoughts on this?

The "give" you talk about with the Belicon isn't better your feet & ankles can pronate and cause problems all the way up from feet to hips. The bungees stretch out. And the bungee cords don't offer the same distribution of energy as the Tri-adapted springs. You don't have to "customize" the Cellerciser based off of weight and what type of jumping you are going to do. You can do everything with the proper forces because of the patented springs that I think can handle up to 350lbs and the mat material will never sag or stretch. The Cellerciser isn't a trampoline so you aren't supposed to jump high on it. The higher you jump the more G's you are putting on your body when you come down and hit the mat. Fun yes but too jarring on the body and not health focused. The whole idea of the Cellerciser is to work your body in a safe & effective way. Working all the cells, muscles, organs & bones and moving the blood & lymph simultaneously and avoiding injury. The materials used in these products matter. People get hurt on crappy units regularly. I honestly don't think you two educated yourself about the science behind the Cellerciser to do a proper comparison. This was a biased review and I can't take it seriously at all. Ps I noticed when you pan out and show the underneath of the units you can see how much more the Belicon sags. Sorry, that will be bad with long-term use. I'd personally choose the Cellerciser because the man behind it cares about the health of his customers and offers his knowledge on an ongoing basis.
"you can burn more calories in 10 mins on a trampoline than 30 mins on a treadmill" I imagine you mean if you're walking/jogging. Certainly running burns more calories since your heart rate is likely to be well over 130bpm.
They are 2 different rebounders. You can actually bottom out on the Bellicon if you jump too high, that’s why the legs are taller. It’s also softer, so it may feel more comfortable due to that softness, but for rehab or someone older , the stability of the jumping area goes farther for healing, and it doesn’t bottom out. To say one is better is nonsense.
cellerciser probably best for work outs more high intensity bounce, we just found to enjoy more soft lymphatic bounce from bellicon, thanks for message
This "comparison " definitely comes across as suss. From him even noting that he might not have screwed the cellersiser legs on correctly to the definite air of this not being an unbiased review. Not taking any of this into account.
Springs are superior for lymphatic drainage. If you want 'fun' and goofing around, cardio blah blah, go with bungees. Its the very stiffness of the springs that make it superior to bungees. You are fooling yourself if you buy the marketing gumf of bungees. Low and slow is the magic of metal. You might 'feel good' lol on bungee but youre missing the lymph drainage. I really wish you educated yourselves and gave an honest review instead of pushing the bellicon toy, which is I guess, more 'fun' and allows circus tricks lol but again, its the lymph drainage thats GOLD on the metal spring units that you will miss with a bungee toy.

Bellicon for HIIT
Is Cellerciser a cult? The comments here are putting me off.
my thoughts too - there's definitely some concerning behavior
haha really i gotta see this...
Lol
Nope just passion over a fantastic rebounder
No different t to the comments about bellicon.
I think they are two different animals anyway.
I agree
Cellerciser is not meant to height
I can jump
Pretty high
Look up the ACON brand. GREAT quality Bungie rebounder.
I think the celleciser is just over priced hype honestly.
"you can burn more calories in 10 mins on a trampoline than 30 mins on a treadmill"
I imagine you mean if you're walking/jogging. Certainly running burns more calories since your heart rate is likely to be well over 130bpm.
Good point!
Well all you have to do is run on a rebounder, or even several sets of HIIT, then you'll burn more.
I prefer springs, way more better bounce
I see that the feets are so different while landing on the mat. On the bellicon you need to have healthy feet 🦶
totally if you do a gentle bounce its better on bellicon overall more for ankle strenthening and lmpyatic. cellerciser great work an acutal workout.
Had both cellerciser is better sorry
They are 2 different rebounders. You can actually bottom out on the Bellicon if you jump too high, that’s why the legs are taller. It’s also softer, so it may feel more comfortable due to that softness, but for rehab or someone older , the stability of the jumping area goes farther for healing, and it doesn’t bottom out. To say one is better is nonsense.
😂at 4:52 you are both so cool 😎
Not tru about the Cellerciser.
cellerciser probably best for work outs more high intensity bounce, we just found to enjoy more soft lymphatic bounce from bellicon, thanks for message
This "comparison " definitely comes across as suss. From him even noting that he might not have screwed the cellersiser legs on correctly to the definite air of this not being an unbiased review. Not taking any of this into account.
both are overpriced.
You all are wrong
cellerciser probably best for work outs more high intensity bounce, we just found to enjoy more soft lymphatic bounce from bellicon
Google him
who?

Klub sandwich sur les trampolines xD xD xD on dirait le début d'un film porno xD xD xD
