The Doogee N50 has a Unisock T06 octa-core processor, 8GB of dedicated RAM, and 7GB of virtual RAM. Storage-wise, you're looking at 128GB, and it even has room for an SD card up to 1TB. The phone performs pretty well for its price, and it's got a 4200mAh battery that supports ultra-saving mode and OTG charging. The display is decent, 6.52 inches with a 720x1600 resolution, but it's not the brightest or the fastest when it comes to refresh rate.
In terms of design, the phone is clean and has a cool pattern on the back, which is made of plastic. The weight comes in at 192 grams, or 212 with the silicone case that comes pre-installed. It's got your typical layout: power and volume buttons on the side, a 3.5mm jack at the top, and a charging port at the bottom. The fingerprint sensor is also on the side, but it's not the most responsive, especially if you haven't used the phone for a while. The speaker is good enough, but the placement is a bit awkward, especially when you're gaming or watching videos.
The rear camera is 50MP, and the selfie camera is 8MP. The rear camera struggles a bit with focus and exposure, but the selfie camera actually performs better, especially in video mode. It's got a bunch of different camera modes, including a pro mode where you can adjust all sorts of settings. In terms of speed and responsiveness, it's decent but not great, especially when you're using apps that require a lot of memory like Google Maps. The UI is simple and well-organized, and it even has a dark mode and a night light feature, though the latter doesn't make a huge difference. Overall, considering the price, it's a decent phone with some nice features, but it does have a few shortcomings.
