I'm Evan! A solo sailor with the aspiration to circumnavigate the globe aboard my engineless sailboat! Why engineless?? Good question... Maybe I'll find that out on this journey. My goal is to sail west, taking a similar path as the explores of old. Tracing Ferdinand Magellans tracks through the aptly named Straits of Magellan and then across the Pacific.
I hope in doing this, I can inspire others to chase after their own dreams.
For now, I welcome you to follow along as I prepare myself, and Dacia for the voyage of a lifetime.
So sit back, grab yourself a beer, coffee, or a bowl of popcorn... and watch me embrace the struggle, as I raise anchor with the hopes of Finding Freedom.

@@JamesGangOutlaw we never married. Life took a U turn and I had to pick myself up, dust myself off and start a few things over. I've got plans to go to South America as well! Maybe I'll seeya down there one day!
