This is a pretty good IOL free agent class I’d look to upgrade on both Brandel and Ingram cuz they aren’t good. Patrick Mekari from the Ravens could be a target cuz he can play guard and be a swing tackle if Darrisaw misses more time. I’d also want to bring in someone maybe more permanent. Would be really surprised if they run it back with a guard duo that isn’t starting caliber like they did this year.
My only problem with retaining the current head coach and defensive coordinator is their record against playoff teams. They are a combined 5-10 against playoff teams over the 2023 and 2024 seasons, including the playoff lost to the Rams. In 2024, the team's only losses were to playoff teams but they played their weaker competition fairly close. In 2023, they lost ten games - six of their losses were to playoff teams. Winning against playoff competition during the regular season might correlate with how the team fares during the playoffs - right now KOC is 0-2.
Look at who they’ve had at quarterback though. Kirk Cousins, Jaren Hall, Nick Mullens, Josh Dobbs and Sam Darnold aren’t names that particularly excite me. If JJ McCarthy is who KOC says he is and Kwesi puts a couple of good drafts together, I could see that turning around in the next couple of years.

Brandel was great until darrisaw went down. He was covering a lot for Robinson. But if you can upgrade him do it.

I would sign Akers to a 2 year deal he was very effective down the stretch
