Yeah i alwayss think about that as i’ve been following his answers for past years since i reached adulthood. I always wonder what happens if he dies? there’s only few sheikhs like him who clears all our doubts. There are scholars who motivates us bring us into islam but to follow the correct aqeedah, to clear most of even silly and simple doubts he’s there to answer us. Alhamdulilah now may Allah bless him for that. But i really fear our future, our next generation for all the scholars are aged and only the genz or millennials now we don’t know if they are on the right path with free mixing that they bring into social media. Asthagfirullah may Allah prevent us from getting false knowledge

true. when it comes to current affairs of Gaza/Palestine, I personally think it is better to give with the intention of sadaqah. zakat is a pillar, and one should exercise vigilance to ensure it can reach those that need it.

@@joshrentos216 Donated money are being used for arranging the whole aid process and the goods that are involved in it. Some of the shipments are being intercepted by the devils, but they cannot intercept all. We should increase our donations so that the organizations can increase their aid and hire better security if needed and eventually more of our brothers and sisters in Palestine will be benefited in sha Allah.

But their are Christians too in Palestine. If we pay our Zakat to a a Palestine fund, a portion or a fraction would go to the Christian community directly or indirectly. It’s not that I don’t want to help Christians of Palestine but Zakat can’t be paid to non-muslims.
