Looks like a nice dot for the price range. Because of astigmitisms I cant use the higher brightness modes even in green which is a big disadvantage on a sunny day. Progressive lens can make it worse trying to focus. Good size for the TX22. Thanks! 🎯👍🙏

Same here years ago I thought I was buying defective red dots but to my embarrassment it was my astigmatism. 😂

Great video brotha. Nice shooting. Stupid question. Would that red dot work on a micro dagger slide? From what I’m seeing it will. But from your experience how do you like it compared to others?

Thanks. Yes should fit, as Palmetto states that rmsc fits. Nothing wrong with this dot from my limited experience with it, but I am fond of my Cyelee dots (see Parts Accessories & Optics playlist).

Just a tip from an old camera man. If the camera is focused on the gun the dot will be out of focus. Try to lock focus on the target then the dot should be in focus and the gun will be out of focus.

I try but it's difficult to get it to focus on the target through the tiny red dot window. I record with a phone, not a dslr.

@@BuckeyeBallisticsYes the phone will make it tough, Phones think they are smarter than we are. Great review I enjoyed it.

I'd like to see you do a rundown of optics you've tried, or add some new ones too, that you'd recommend (or not recommend) for long guns (mainly shotguns).
Reason being that I'm trying to choose a low profile, circle dot sight that will still mount nice and low on a rail. I want it at minimal height so it's close to the bore axis and possibly even lower 1/3 co-witness with the ghost ring and blade on my shotgun.

I mean if they can handle the recoil of a pistol slide slamming back and forth with them mounted to it, then they can handle the shotgun recoil no problem. So, I'm not sure how I would recommend one better for shotgun than the other, considering they'll all work. And I assume you're mounting on a picatinny rail, so basically any of them that come with that pic mount like this one does will work. So this one or several of the others in my Parts Accessories & Optics playlist would work, as some of them come with the pic rail mount also. They are all low profile by design, because they are micro dots compared to anything else that is usually intented and sold for long guns. But the absolute smallest ones are the rmsc footprint dots, like this one in the video.

nice scope, but could you willing to consider ohhunt RD U1 3 MOA Red Dot Sight for RMSc Footprint?

I have not heard from Ohhunt yet, but their products do interest me. Perhaps I will send them an email in the future and try to work with their brand. If you don't like this CVLIFE rmsc for some reason, check out my video on the Cyelee Cat Pro rmsc in the "Parts Accessories & Optics" playlist on the channel...

In this price range they are about equal but Cyelee has a lot nicer stuff overall (costs more). Check out the others in my Parts Accessories & Optics Playlist.
