Not sure I understand, but those are all based on regular civil 8x8 trucks .. right, 815 is a bit old model, and those are modified, so do not expect roll cages on civil models, but at some point in history all those trucks were delivering goods, served in army, were used as heavy fire trucks (quite often), or in agriculture. Those are real, and based on serial road legal models. And not completely artificial like rock-bouncers in US. Check TATRA history and models on wikipedia.

Nope it’s a Czech Republic brand, the newer ones have a Dutch brand Cab ( DAF ) but besides that 100% Czech Republic.
