So try this. Go to the gym and get on an elliptical. Start this video and go at what ever speed until you get to 14:55 in the video, there’s a speed change. Then it intensifies at 15:09. Keep up with this change b moving your steps to the rhythm. Good luck not dying. 👍🏼😁
