folks, this man "was" Country Music. ladies and gentlemen, Hank Williams.... one of the great's of Real True Country Music, and not the crap their playing on top 40 supposed country music radio. i've not listened to radio in several years, but if i did, i could be caught up in bout 45 minutes, or less. so enjoy youtube, well until google decide to before long giggle-it up, or youggle-it up, which ever. please remember to vote "like--thumbs-ups" these videos, these folks spend a lot of their time in uploading them. time and energy, i always vote-up almost every video i watch, and if i happen to hate one, i just go to the next one. take care, and God bless.
I'm a younger fan. But I loved it. Hear that Fiddle. Hank sr RIP. Until we meet again. I Want to shake your hand in glory. This Family still needs are prayers.
69 years ago today , country music was about to lose its brightest star . 69 years after his death , people still sing Hank's songs . He's gone , but he's NEVER been forgotten. Very few have had the success in a short 5 year career that Hank had , and very few have had the influence and legacy that Hank has . New fans continue to discover Hanks music , and as long as Hank has fans he'll live forever . The greatest country artist of all time .
@Debra Parkerson • >Hey, I see you’re more of a country girl. would you to go on long drive in a big truck on a shiny little beamer with the ragtop down. Sittin' in the drive while the dogs were all barkin' and waggin' in the truck. Sippin’ on some cold Jack Daniel’s . Coke cans rollin’ on the floor, playin’ songs on the stereo on a half tank of gasoline?! If you don’t mind making new friends. Please do write me via mcleanshultz@gmail.com or +1 305-209-5091
Hear that lonesome whippoorwill He sounds too blue to fly The midnight train is whining low I'm so lonesome I could cry I've never seen a night so long When time goes crawling by The moon just went behind the clouds To hide its face and cry Did you ever see a robin weep When leaves begin to die? Like me, he's lost the will to live I'm so lonesome I could cry The silence of a falling star Lights up a purple sky And as I wonder where you are I'm so lonesome I could cry

You're a good man, we could use more like you.
Every time I listen to Hank, it brings back memories of my best friend , my dad
Hank Williams, his song writing and singing will never be replaced.
The best forever...
Hank's singing was only matched by his song-writing. Both were great.
To convey ones emotion into music and share it with others is a feat of pure magic.
I'm a younger fan. But I loved it. Hear that
Fiddle. Hank sr RIP. Until we meet again. I

If you don't recognize him, this man is music at it's purity. Pisses me off how people expect noise with a mouth that belts notes
The best
Love Hank. Listened to him a lot on my Dad’s 8-track player.
The father of the country music. A great voice and tons of FEELING❤️👍❤️👏❤️

Wish there was a modern day hank sr there will never truly be another the man had many demons and he told his story through song
Best song ever...HANK..
Runs in the roots
Oh soooooo sweet and sad...what a beautiful singer....R.I.P....Mr. Williams... 😇❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hear that lonesome whippoorwill
He sounds too blue to fly
The midnight train is whining low
I'm so lonesome I could cry
I've never seen a night so long
When time goes crawling by
The moon just went behind the clouds
To hide its face and cry
Did you ever see a robin weep
When leaves begin to die?
Like me, he's lost the will to live
I'm so lonesome I could cry
The silence of a falling star
Lights up a purple sky
And as I wonder where you are
I'm so lonesome I could cry
The fiddle is almost as heart wrenching as his vocals and the imperfection is what Akers it perfect!
Classic Hank! Still listening in 2021 and for as long as i'm here
Absolutely love this song
PURE GOLD !!
Hank has gotten me through the hardest and loneliest times on the road.
Hank Williams the King of country music. He sings under the name LUKE THE DRIFTER too
