You'll love the seat. It's very comfortable! Down here in West Texas the roads are flat and straight so you definitely need a great seat or else your butt will hurt. The Explorer seat definitely changed on how long I can now ride on my sport glide! 🤙🏻

I’m a new rider and wanted a seat that I felt secure in that would also be comfortable long term. Also when I eventually carry a passenger I wanted a seat that would be comfortable for them. I bought an Explorer LS for my 48.
No problem! That was the same problem for me. Couldn't find a long term review so I figured best thing to do was make my own 😁. This seat will DEFINITELY make you feel 100% secure. Once you break in the seat, you'll feel very comfortable on a long ride and same with your passenger. Ride safe, brother and I hope you enjoy your new seat!! 🤙🏻
Hey Motomiracle, like you- I had a closed head brain injury. At 19 I had a blood vessel burst in my brain(severe cerebral hemmorage) on Wednesday November 9th I turn 58) like you- God divinely healed me. Dude thanks for the review just had back surgery from my time as a grunt looking for a new seat my wife hates the passenger seat haha I'm short at 5'7 I was wondering does it push you up on the tank a little or does it sit you back? Hope your recovery goes well, brother! Yea the passenger seat isn't great for riding 2 up haha. The seat actually pushes you forward to the tank, but raises you up a little also. But the seat will lower a little by the end of the break in period. It really is an amazing seat for riding 2 up or riding long distance, it's very comfortable. Thanks for liking my review, it means a lot! I just want to make things easier for people in the motorcycle community. Making sure they will actually want and enjoy what they buy before they have to actually buy it. Nothing's cheap for Harley's 😂. I'll try to stay healthy. Ride safe 🤙🏻

Just bought this seat. I have not installed it yet and it’s cold in MI. I did order a heated version with a backrest. Hope it lets me do some serious miles. I bought it because like you said, I move around too much on the stock seat.

@@MotoMiracle Its actually been kinda warm, mid 50’s. But its Michigan. I fully expect it to snow at least one more time. I put the seat on but have not wired it yet. It’s definitely more comfy. Still adjusting the backrest but I will get there. The main reason I wanted the backrest was I can remove it and the seat looks normal. Can’t wait to get some miles on my Sport Glide.
I just ordered this seat with the heated seat switches. Is it okay for those switches to get wet from washing the bike and if I get caught in the rain?
Nice! You'll love the seat!!! I dont have the heated seat switch on mine, but yes you can wash your bike and get caught in the rain. If you're worried while washing, just put a towel over it, but you'll be fine.🤙🏻
