The wild thing about it is you can heal from it if you choose to! I did so much healing just on RUclips alone because I chose to heal and it started working with out going to a psychiatrist or anything because I believed I could heal myself because the things I knew I was going through a regular psychiatrist wouldn't understand because it was more spiritual and was deeper then what was available for information at the time. I'm still healing everyday and I keep getting better at it because I know it has to be done.

Lol that easy? Should've changed it sooner than you did then, how long was it before you chose to change. Don't simplify it like that everyone is different and changes when they're ready. Most likely you didn't have very many people who cared about and guided you like myself. It's takin a long time to grow up and by Gods grace I'm finally getting past my past trauma. It's hard to grow up when you weren't raised, please don't tell people it's as easy as ______. You aren't inspiring change you are discouraging people who will see that and say 'it's that easy, what's wrong with me?' not trying to sound like a dick if it came off that way just trying to provide my own perspective.

So awesome! Yes, there is a big element of choice involved, and it’s amazing the resources that we can access now for free right here on RUclips. A lot of the very best of the best psychiatrists, therapists, counselors post so much material here plus an in having a in person counselor as well to help cut the process and see any Blindspot! Amazing and congratulations.

    On & On
On and on, like a never ending cycle,
I’ve never seen anyone more eager to recycle,
What has hurt them the most.
    Generational trauma is not
Normal, Useful, but it is Powerful.
You can take a stand and realize just how much it can affect us. The first thing you have to do is trust.
    Anxiety, Depression, PTSD and more.
This is something that has torn
Your heart in a million pieces, like little thorns.
Your great grandmother, grandmother, and your own mother. Put through the same thing all created by one another.
You can be the change you want to see,
    Please just believe.
Multiple solutions to this problem from therapy,
Like talking it out with your own family.
Society as a whole can make therapy cheaper,
We can also stop upholding people to seem tougher. You don’t have to pretend.
I want to encourage everyone to express their feelings.
I want YOU to express your feelings in a safe environment.

(FACTS OVA FEELINGS). One of the Biggest Mistakes tha Experts On Ancestral Trauma Makes is tha They Think Cleaning Ancestral Trauma is just about Letting Go of and Resolving it is Equality about Consciously Discovering Owning and Integrating the Positives Within Ur Famileye Lines

I have two topics that I’d love to hear your take on, if you don’t mind:
    1. Permanently separating from emotionally immature parent(s). In my case, mom is a repeat offender of hurtful behaviors. She doesn’t see the need for therapy and expects me to just deal, so I removed myself in 2018. I love her from afar, but still care pain and guilt from leaving her with no one, even though I can rationalize why she has no one else and that I’m not wrong for protecting myself.
    2. PTSD. I’m a survivor of domestic violence, I’ve had a long term “friend” attend to drug me (I was able to get away unharmed, and on a walk to work as an adult someone attempted to kidnap me. There have been car accidents and other scary moments. I seemed to be ok after those things. Like went on, but motherhood triggered a panic that I can’t shake. So I’d like to hear a bit in PTSD in parenthood. Trying not to pass on my fears or hinder my kids, but im afraid to drive and leave the house without another adult supporting me. It’s stressful. I’ve been to two therapists and they’ve been helpful. Im still struggling though and I know healing takes time.

I have a sense that generational traumas are happening throughout societies. I volunteered for about 14 years in the communities my family moved to every 2 to 3 years. Giving, charity, volunteering, and service are often exploited by others who are looking to profit from social issues.

Thank you sooo much, I experienced the trauma of grandparents a lot, and I tried to get rid of it, but I couldn't, and after a long search, I found this video. I finally learned about therapy and at least how to deal with these traumas, I am grateful to you. I will always try to support you, because you deserve it. Keep going 🙏🏼💘🫂
