Highly suggest getting propper upper control arms or your chances of snapping your ball joints will be very high with the angles on the stock arms.

Thanks for the suggestion! And yes, complete control arms are on the list for the future!

I want to do the same with my Cherokee Laredo but I'm afraid I will have to upgrade upper control arms I'm hearing half have replaced them and half haven't and I'm getting mixed results

You need to be a bit clever on re-assembly to compress the spring, especially if you cannot disconnect the strut from the lower control arms (stuck bolts) like I couldn't. However even though when it's unloaded it seems way too tall, these springs are pretty squishy for the weight of the jeep and it compresses down quite a bit once it's on the ground. Geometry of the ball joint at regular ride height really isn't bad. Any bigger than this kit though and you'll definitely need longer upper control arms.

if you think it is not a big deal your front wheel to fall off, don't change them, I woudn'r take that risk, I drive my family there

what size are them tires on the jk wheels?

They are 255/75/17 half worn Wrangler SRA's that came on Wrangler Sport trims. They rub the plastic near the pinch weld ever so slightly at full lock. Did have to run a spacer to clear the calipers in the front, back probably didn't need them 🤷‍♂

@@hylandshire nice! I'm running stock JL wheels 245/75 with 1.5 inch wheel spacers and they rub the inner fender slightly instilling a lift now should look just like yours after I'm done have u noticed a difference in steering?

@@Blake64 You'll definitely need an alignment but after that no change in the steering feel.
