    Love these stretches. Since my diagnosis of CMT1 in March this year, I have focused on stretching on most days. I love it, especially hamstring and calf stretches like the ones Rebekah shows.

    hi my name is Andy I have CMT it went undiagnosed for 7 years I used to try to do a lot of different stretches to make the muscles loose again it would work for about 15 minutes and then I would have five times the pain and cramping and spasming sometimes my ex-wife would massage my muscles like I said it would work for about 15 minutes that would be okay and then it would totally blow up intense pain 5 times what it was before
