Fact: 1600 Ninjutsu was modern compared to 1300 Ninjutsu. Military/spy skills are not dead arts. The crafts have been around in every country before the birth of Christ. Change or die, your choice. I love my SOE/OSS books, however times have changed and you can't be a spy using only WWII skills.

I research techniques from Special Forces, Rangers, LRRP’s, Seals and Vietcong techniques during the US Vietnam war and I think they were the closest to studying the Shinobi including Native American techniques. That is the best source because because they weren’t that dependent on technology and used Guerra Warfare techniques. The Shinobi had muskets and grenades smoke bomb and probably flash bangs. However, today’s Special Forces are too high tech to make a close comparisons to the Shinobi in my opinion.

ok , i just finish reading that book. I know your other books and really appreciate them but i didn't expect much about that one.....i was wrong and i say that from my military insight, you got that right (just a minor 'step offs'), specialy when mentioning scouting, corner opening and shooting advices. When you talk about amboush responses, even if these are older than novadays used, but still these are correct. Really good book, kind Sir

Wow man, who do you think you're kidding? "This is all special forces stuff, DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME!" you know damn well the people that buy this book buy it to LEARN the techniques. No one who buys this simply buys it for "the read" they want to learn and train with these skills.

He's using ninja techniques. Always have plausible deniability. Advocate for X but don't make it look like you do so obviously. It's all there.
At some point you give a public disclaimer to save yourself if things go wrong. Standard stuff really. Let Nature take it's place.

Original address: www.eibusha.com/Site/Welcome.html But this book is not a translation of Takeda Shinobi Densho, it is ABOUT that densho and organization behind it. Mol or Cummins should translate and publish THE TRANSLATION in the future. Happy?

Your knife terminology at 4.23min is flawed.
    - the bit between the handle and the blade is a guard, not a bloster
    - edge and belly are *not* synonymous
    - tip and point *are* synonymous

We looked into many things that had multiple versions. We came across lots of things that had people saying differnt things. So i think this idea wll come up many times. People believe the thing they were taught. But i will make sure to check this again and change if it is wrong. But looking now there are a few different versions.
