Amazing set girl!!! But hey a quick tip.. when you use those tips that have that big well in it you should cut and trim that part off and use it like a normal tip and glue it to the very edge of the nail instead of covering 75% of the nail with that well.. bc you want as much acrylic on the actual nail as you can so you have way less chance of it poppin off.. the way you did it was pretty much like doing nails on a nail biter.. with very lil nail space to put the acrylic on and you know nail bitters nails pop off easy as hell lol I'm not trying to be mean or a troll just trying to help one nail tech to another.. I hope what I even said made any sense lol its hard to explain threw a txt lol just long story short you dont wanna cover a lot of the nail with any nail tip unless your doing those apres type sets where suppose to cover the entire nail with the tip.. ok I'm gonna stop rambling now lol hope that helps.. thanks for sharing hun 😊😊

I see a lot of established artists using tips like these for longer nails. From my understanding when doing longer nails these types of tips actually help to prevent the nails from popping off.

I was wondering, do you ever have a problem with those tips coming off easier than the tips with the curved well? My thought was that because it covers so much of the nail bed, there’s less acrylic on the nail leading to them breaking much easier? I’ve always been scared to use those tips on clients because I’m afraid they’ll pop which makes me look bad 🥺

Pretty much press on nails 😉 for me I'll use them for a quick day or two set but for a more durable set I sculpt my them because I'm really rough with my hands 😂

I just have to say (and I’m not hating) that I won’t use big nail tips that cover half the nails. I feel like acrylic bonds stronger than glue. That’s just me though. Also, if people don’t know, I feel like sculpted nails hurt wayyy less than tips. It’s crazy. I went back to tips this week and my nails are so sore. Just curious if anyone else feels the same. Nail techs let me know. I’m not sure if that’s in my head or not but my nails underneath are telling me another story. They actually hurt.
