Don't care if it's bushhog or not after you told us about your loss and this is how we can help I'M Watching ALL your videos again and again! Besides it's fun and relaxing. PLUS I really like the music and when you speed it up so fun!Take care kind sir.Hugs Digit!
That brush cutter paired with the ASV is an absolute beast! I've seen enough of your videos to recognise a good set up, this is definitely it! Great stuff!
I get such satisfaction watching the big mower go through the tall grass / brush so smoothly. Great equipment and you keep them in tiptop shape. Thanks so much for taking me along on this job, I enjoyed it. Take care, friend from Canada 👋🏻

I had to stop and think why I am fascinated by Devin and his machines. One thought occurred to me that this old world is out of control. The news is not news. Watching this machine and a man make sense out of natures chaos is satisfying. We can control some things-not all, but done. The brush goes down. The field is cleaned up. If only life could be controlled the same way. The client is happy. Devin gets paid. No one dies.
Now if you can get back in 45 days & cut it again but run crosswise, you’ll get it looking pretty good. You have a nice machine there. Thank you for the video. Thank you Sir
Jealous of your working conditions. I love my Big rotary cutter on my Cat 289D3. Cuts big thick stuff. Over here stuff grows like crazy and fast. Aloha.
Yeah we just got a brush cutter for the front of our skid steer. Man ot really takes alot of getting used to after running a brushhog behind a tractor your whole life. You make ot look so effortless and easy!
I wish I could afford both setups. Brushhog is good if you don't know what's in the field, you'll hit it with tractor tires before a spinning blade. The forestry mulcher is more capable though, and helps you get through thicker areas.
Only thing I'll comment about is that the edge overhang of brush, trees and stuff wasn't also cut back. I understand not doing it if you're not paid and that's absolutely a solid reason. Beyond that, stellar job knocking down that snake and rodent thicket. Stellar indeed. Maybe next time, cut out a area of overhang back to the first large tree so the client can see just how much property they're giving up just because of overhang. Helped out with reopening a field once and the overhang had encroached almost eighty feet on one side because of not wanting to cut back seedlings and brush. We just cut everything back till we reached the first tree that was ten inches around. Getting all the small stumps up was a fair chore but place looked a thousand times better in the end.
I find watching your videoss relaxing. I hope you are staying hydrated, please keep water etc with you. Not sure how the heat is where you are but here in South Tx we have it hot as heck. The Temps been in the HIGH 90's & heat index has been in the 100's everyday this month except like 2 days. BE SAFE PLEASE
I love watching the shredding. Out here in Utah we could never use a mower or shredder as our ground is just big rocks brooding the baby rocks. Stump grinders don't last long.
THat was fun. Reminded me of doing similar as a kid, with a slasher (a brush hog in the USA) behind a tractor. Dad said he knew I didnt mind doing it as he could hear me sing. How , over the noise, I cant imagine.
2 hours on 3 acres... that machine is a beast. And it's nice for the client as well. I assume you probably charge by the hour so that will make them happy as well. Fast and efficient means more jobs to do and more recommendations too.
Yep, typical mower, were all the same, straight lines. I know you love your work. I'd like to have equipment like that also, but i'm retired with only 3 acres, what i planted i enjoy.
Great video as always, i do have a question thou after the brush hogging is completed would the customer or you go back over the property with a finish mower of some sort to get the property to look like the finer green property near the mowed one?
It'd take a long time for the brushy mess to ever look like the groomed and landscaped piece. It'd probably need to be disced up and raked over and either seeded or sprigged with some desirable grass that would look "proper " to most urban dwellers
I’ve been watching the videos from Vietnam where abandoned houses and yards are cleaned up. I’m obsessed! They don’t have equipment like this…just rakes, shovels and curved blades. But they work hard and do amazing work. 👍
Nice job - but i still prefer the rig i ran for parks&rec - a 6500 Ford tractor with a PTO shaft drive 2:1 gear box Brush Wacker 6ft brushhog - it would cut down anything up to 3" thick - i could cut a flat acre of 5ft high brush in about an hour to 1.25 hours - depending how wet the ground was-
I guess this guy works cheap. His equipment has to burn a lot of fuel. I did side jobs with a coworker, he had a compact JD with a 48in mower and I had a JD 3020 farm tractor (75 hp) with a 84 in mower. Every three years we did a 10 acre lot, took two days. Most of it was rougher then this. I could have done that first lot with my JD 130E lawn mower.
Given record smashing temperatures that started last week and will continue in Texas and surrounding states into next week, what steps do you take to protect yourself and the crew from the heat?
The main issue with these types of brush cutters is the ratio of speed of driving and speed of cutting heads. When I farmed in France I used rotary chains fixed to a horizontal cylinder. These are far better than rotating blades as most of the missed stalks are removed. Driving too fast allows the thicker weeds to get missed as they pass under the cutters. The tortoise always wins the race.

That machine is amazing! I can't believe how easy it went through that thick and heavy brush. Nothing slowed it down. I really enjoy your videos.
I'm a disabled Navy War veteran and I live in a veterans assisted living facility and I enjoy spending the day watching your videos
That brush cutter paired with the ASV is an absolute beast! I've seen enough of your videos to recognise a good set up, this is definitely it! Great stuff!
You have never disappointed me with your content 👍🇺🇸😇🇺🇸
A nice end to my Sunday to watch Davin grind away the brush. Thanks.
THANKS for NO ads!!!!☺☺👍👍this alone will keep ME watching your videos
Good to hear!
Excellent job. God bless your channel.

That was like watching a running back mow through the defense on its way to a touchdown.

This looks like such a fun, rewarding job. I work in an office, but I would love to try some work like this! Thanks for sharing!

Good job, the right equipment for the right job. 👍
Impressive boyo. Well done x

Good job and video Brother. I’m still partial to the MTL XC-8, since it’s the OG mower
Can't get enough! Love your channel bro😁
You have the best job ever! I could do this all day.
You always do A great job

He’s got AC on that machine, still needs to be careful especially when outside. If the AC quits, that’s a major break down, fix immediately.
Hypnotic how it was sucking the brush under to cut. Wow!
that megamower rocks. i heard the engine loading up but the mower rarely bogged down..exactly as it should be...:)
looking forward to seeing tomorrows big cutting job.
🚜 🙏👍🌻
That was a GOOD Two JOBS Devon
That mower is a beast
Great job that machine really did a workout .
I love watching the shredding. Out here in Utah we could never use a mower or shredder as our ground is just big rocks brooding the baby rocks. Stump grinders don't last long.
When you remove the big rocks the baby rocks grow in size and become the next generation of big rocks.
Yep. And we figure the added mass of the big rocks keeps the little o se from reaching g the sunshine
Landowners who have fenced properties use goat herds in our area to control plant growth and reduce fire hazard.
Love watching the ant piles dust up. You do great work always.
I was thinking gopher mounds,
but a mess either way
Awesome job! The clean up looks great!
You got Bubble-Bee for this Job Devin.
Great video! Hope you're doing well man!
9:46 I never knew that gum grew on trees. LOL
Love how the ant hills just explode when hit 😊
That mower is insane.

That was a great video the cake was beautiful 😍
Brother you do a great job. Keep the videos coming love it. If I was the owner I think I’d bail the field and feed it to the goats. Lol .
Or chickens lol
🔥🔥🔥 YOU MUST BE A FAN OF THE “Warrior poet society”!!! LOOKING GREAT BROTHER!!!
BJ I love watching your channel don't worry about negative people your work you do is great outstanding

That brush cutter does a great mowing job for a brush cutter
Great job once again my friend 🙌
Do you go back and do a Final Cut afterwards? Lots of clumps and stuff that will pop back up in 2 days… Right?
I'd love to have one of those
along with a mulcher head
Ps you're videos and equipment are top notch
Well that made short of cutting! 😅. Excellent job and machine! 💯👍😎
Esa máquina es la Terminator de cortar pastos árboles y lo que venga .un fierrazo 💯👍👏👏👏🤗🚜🇦🇷
Great. Job. Deven❤
That does a heck of a good job! I want one!
Great Job 👏
love these things. I have an extreme low flow on my T650 and take out 8" trees with it like butter. Goes thru this stuff like its not even there.
Whats wrong with me that I enjoy this , but I did
The question is what’s wrong with us because I ❤️these videos too

32:13 field mouse that will have PTSD the rest of his life
As always fantastic you rule 👏👏👏👏
The little puffs of dust from ant mounds reminds me of the movie Tremors. 😂
Very nice work Devin

Satisfying to watch this
Vladivostok ✋👍
At least when you run over a yellow jacket nest you won’t get stung
Beast!
"Oh Hell Yes!" - This is what I'm talking about... I want that mower ;>)
This is why the world needs internal combustion power.
Imagine doing this with an electric loader.
Which tree would you plug it
into after the charge ran out
halfway through the job ?
@@maxpinson5002 what tree gives you fuel?

Nice clean up. I think you were mad at it.
The high and tight military cut
A new song, nice.
The thing is the manufacturer can show customers your videos the machine actually working on tough conditions
Hey I got a name for that one it's mega munchie.

Good stuff!!
need to get you a windrow rake and a baler for these properties.
Cut fast as quick look good.
U are doing a great job
Your skill on the skid steer is unmatched. I watch others on youtube doing it and it's like a toddler compared to this.
