11,000 Square Feet Of OMG! The MTL XCT In A Disaster Lot
HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 18 июн 2020
- This was a small but severely overgrown lot that had to be cut and mulched. Growth was easily 15' high in some areas with small trees. The MTL XCT and the Deere 329E tackled it pretty well!

I know that at 67 it's too late for me to say THIS is what I want to do! Wish I could go back 40 years and I sure would! Very satisfying to watch you work.
WOW!!...That machine is amazing. It just chomps it up as though it's cutting grass.
Yeah pretty much LOL! It is one great piece of equipment for sure! Thank you for watching!
I’m shocked at myself, this is absolutely fascinating and I can’t seem to stop watching
Thank you Vickie! I appreciate you watching and commenting and I am glad you are enjoying the content! If you like this my channel is full of vids just like this so please feel free to check them out as well!

Why is it so fascinating?can’t stop watch ! It’s magic!
Me too Vicki , love watching them make a property beautiful, this one is a real job, huge
Hi 👋 Vickie, how are you doing?
I really like watching you getting after it. The view from atop the cab is awesome. Something oddly satisfying about cleaning up a property. Great job.
Thanks 👍

That is a truly awesome bit of kit, I'm betting the neighbourhood had a collective sigh of relief after that jungle was cleared up. Good job bud 🇺🇲🇬🇧
Yeah they were pretty happy when it was clear LOL! Thanks for watching Steven!
Man, that machine is a beast!!. Great job. Cheers from Austin, Texas
Thank you Tom! I appreciate you watching!
Great job!
You should use this machine on the politicians in Washington
Jeez, you could hide a bus in there!
And there, ladies and gentlemen, is exactly the reason for the cautious approach.
No telling what he might run up into in this mess. Enjoyed watching!
Yeah I've found all kinds of stuff. First time finding a propane tank tho LOL.
8:16 ...ye, looked like he hit a paint can or something there.
This is the best hungy hippo content on youtube
Awesome, glad you think so!
love the reference to hungry hippos.
Damn, you brought that lot back to civilization in a few hours.
Yes I did LOL, no problem for the MTL XCT brush cutter!
Reminds me of a time when I cleared an overgrown yard if a house that was being renovated. The neighbor behind it asked me if I was going to trap the rats the lived in the yard. I told him if they were in that yard they were in his yard! Cool video.
LOL yeah that's true, rats don't really have boundaries like that, they go anywhere they want to LOL, thanks for the story TractorMan!
When my yard grows into a rainforest - I am getting one of these!!!👍
Amazing, what a machine and great result. Greatings from the Netherlands.
Great video, skilled operator with the right machine for the job, thank you for taking us along! 🙂
I caught myself shouting at the tv! Loved every brush cutting minute!
Awesome, glad you enjoyed!
This is the setup I need, I am trying to clear 40 acres I bought it's like this but a little worse, I am trying I get it done with a 4052M and a 295 brush cutter and I am struggling with break downs! Good video!
That thing would be perfect for the zombie apocalypse.
🤣🤣🤣 No doubt, thanks Jeremy!
Hahahaha 🍻👊
Without a doubt...this is the cure for zombies.

They cleared an area like this near me a few years ago.
One guy went out and bought a mower and kept his area clear - It looks pretty decent now, the grass all came up and you could sit and have a picnic there.
The other ones left it and over the course of a couple summers just turned back into this again, they must like paying out for clearance work lol.
It is so much more satisfying to watch when the camera is attached to the machine. Thank you. Great job and very enjoyable to watch.
How exciting! Wish you would have put in the last part. I didn’t want it to end!! Wonderful! Thank you. 🌹 More.......
WOW! That's some thick stuff.
This thing is brutal, i love it. Just hope nobody dumped a body in that overgrown lot, i dont even wanna imagine what it would look like if you hit it.
LOL yeah that isn't a pretty thought LOL! I get asked alot if I've ever found any dead bodies in some of the lots I've cleared. Luckily I never have but who knows! Thank you for watching, glad you enjoyed!
Every time I see you going into the woods like that I often wonder how do you protect yourself from ticks? I know for the most part you're in your machines and that helps a lot but I also see you out there walking around especially after cutting things down.
This machine is probably my favorite that I've seen you use. I never had no idea there was something like that out there.
I always make sure to hit the like button and of course I subscribe to your channel years ago. I'm look forward to watching another one of your videos.
Hands down winner of the most overgrown yard ever.
It definitely ranks up there at the top LOL!
PG Tips love it all watched u clear with the beast amazing u don’t realise these sort of machines exist let alone clear the ground so well !!!! Good job 👏👏👏👏👍🙏🏻
That would have been a kids' dream for us growing up in New Zealand. Tunnels and cubby house space, and no snakes or creepy crawlies. I wouldn't do it here in Australia!
LOL that's super cool that you would have gone crawling in there! Not me tho! Thank you for watching and commenting!
I swear when I started watching this video I thought to myself what happens if you find a propane tank with the mower? . Glad all went well!
Yeah me too! Thanks!
Hi 👋 Scott, how are you doing?
Welcome to the jungle! It’s enjoyable to see how much pride you take in your. It always comes out so clean and manicured looking.
Thanks for the support!
A drone shot with a time lapse would be cool at the end. Impressive machine.
Thanks, I just got a drone about a week ago. I think I've got it figured out now so I should have some vids coming up with some drone footage.
@@idigit4967 don't post drone footage unless you get your drone license. Faa will fine you
I happy watching it. Thanks for upload a video today!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Fantastic job! I can’t stop watching it!
Glad you enjoy it!
Loved the music, it looked like you got on to how to clear heavy growth with that machine. Our rule of thumb is knee high we keep the deck down near the ground and back out to finish cut. Cab high we run in with the deck between 30 to 45 degrees. Once in lower the deck and back out. Take another bite and back out. Tall small trees we hit just off of 90 degrees and drop the deck down in stages. Some of that you could have driven the bucket in to make some paths. Good luck, be safe.
Thanks 👍
I thoroughly enjoyed this video. Thank you. 😊👍
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching!
Bigfoot might've been living in there, nobody would've known! Stellar job mate.
Yeah it wouldn't have surprised me if he was! Thank you for watching Samuel!
Damn, that was thick stuff. I can't see anything other than your setup getting it done. Good Job!!
Thanks, yeah this job definitely needed a heavy duty rotary cutter or drum mulcher to get it done.
Thomas Whitten check out upstate brush control. The attachment for their skid steer would have chewed it right up.
Love riding along thank you!
Amazing friend lovely job you worked really hard and brilliant piece off tools
Thank you! Cheers!
I kept waiting to see a car materialize as you went through there. Great Work.
🤣🤣🤣 LOL yeah I was wondering if there was one in there too! Thank you for watching and commenting Bruce!
That was a very satisfying video to watch. Your MTL brushcutter is pretty impressive. Good job.
Thank you very much!
Excellent Job!!! Whoa...looks great...flat & even cut. 🙂👍👍👏👏👏👏🙌🙌🙌
Thank you! Cheers!
in my 70s never seen anything like this
That thing is a beast! You did a hell of a good job!
Thanks Toby! It is a beast no doubt!
Good stuff. You’re getting so close to 5k and I’m about to hit 200. Keep up the hard work!
Thanks! Getting close! Just keep putting up good content and people will subscribe!
So impressive! What a machine.
I enjoyed the top POV at the start much more than the tripod shots. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for the feedback and for watching Andy!
Another good job , remarkable transformation .
Thanks! Part 2 coming later this week so stay tuned to see how it tuned out with everything cleaned up!
Awesome john deere " the little machine that could", great operator skills
The machine isn't doing anything spectacular. What's impressive is the brush mower. I used to fix on them for a living and they are absolute monsters
@W W yeah JD is a nightmare to work on, even when I have tons of resources available to service them. Dealing with JD directly is so difficult too. They do their best to make sure you have to bring it to a dealer
Thanks Roger!
It will be interesting how the right to repair lawsuits turn out, I think they are still ongoing in Nebraska and a couple other states.
Like this, glad there is nothing like it near me. Your method of 'chopping' suits the site. Good thinking.
Thanks 👍
That's pretty nice attachment & a great job clearing that mess!
_I've been watching these guys use a Fecon Rotary Cutter a very impressive attachment!_ (Upstate Brush Control) (figured that's why RUclips recommended your video.)
Anyhoo, great job!
I'd be scared of hitting something like metal, rocks or baby animals, the latter would'nt damage the cutter but would make a mess!
Thanks for watching, Upstate has a great setup and that Fecon head is nice!
That was some knarly stuff. Great work!
Wow, what a difference…..great job sir……..
Now that is an appropriately named video! Just subbed you like 1 day ago and now this! Wow, how do you not have more subs...This is epic!
Thanks! The channel seems to be growing every day and I'm very thankful for all the subscribers and support. I've got two more vids coming up next week that are very similar to this one so if you liked this stay tuned!
@@idigit4967 I may have to give you a shout out. :) My subs watch me doing cleanups, and basically bush hogging, with a big zero turn. They will probably like to see it done correctly...
I need one of these just to go fishing! LOL why is this so satisfying to watch??😂
Yes!!!
You do wonderful work
That’s a beast of a machine! 🌱👍
Yes it is, thanks for watching!
I really like this camera mount position! Killer work man
Thanks!
Fantastic job!!!! In every video you do a fantastic job.
Thank you David!
No problem my friend
This man didn’t mess around, great job, we have 3 at work and whenever I need one someone is always operating one. So I have to grab a JD 544K for small jobs.
Yeah I really like the JD skid steers, they aren't perfect but one thing they don't lack is power!
OMG That thing is a monster! Really cool to watch, but it seems as though this lot would have been made for a larger machine. You did it but it must have been hard on the machine. Time for a tune up😃
Wow that's some heavy duty brush! Was it some type of hedge! Very impressive to watch!
Another excellent video. Your camera placement is superb, and moving it around keeps our attention. Also, your narrative introduction is entertaining. There’s an old saying that a picture is worth a thousand words, but if that were true, we’d still be watching silent movies. I’ve seen some awesome viewer-friendly videos from letsdig18, Upstate Brush Control, Dirt Boss, Dirt Perfect, Watch Wes Work, and V-BELT & SON. You take a back seat to none of them in the quality of your videos as well as the quality of your work. Keep doing what you’re doing. And watch out for those yellow jackets.
Thanks! I subscribe to many of those channels so to be mentioned with them in terms of the quality of my vids is definitely an honor.
my goodness, do I wish I had one ofthese babies... great amazing job...
Beautiful commercial. Its nice to know such an attachment exists.
Thanks for watching, glad you enjoyed!
That looks like so much fun!
Can be.
You mean , It looks like a lot of work .
Amazing video! Idk why I enjoyed it so much...but thanks!!!
Glad you enjoyed it! Check out my channel, there are tons more vids just like this!
Q trabalho fantástico, q máquina potente 😱😅👏👏🇧🇷
Man,, I Love to see you drive that AWESOME MACHINE...When it goes up and Grab those trees is FANTASTIC to watch...I like the Camera inside and watch the Monster Go UP..LOL 😂
Truly enjoy your Videos..GOD BLESS AND KEEP SAFE 🙏
That’s probably the coolest piece of machinery I’ve ever seen…
Thank you! It surprises me almost everyday with what it can do for sure!
Hi 👋 how are you doing?
Amazing the work they do no pay . They have big hearts and very caring. It makes the countryside appealing
👍
It took me a few minutes to realize the machine was eating the brush not just cutting it. This was cool to watch the beeping made me sleepy lol very relaxing
Thanks for watching!
Great job!!👍👍
I find these videos very relaxing and amazing.
The before and after unbelievable.
But I worry about snakes, hope you wear boots and thick pants.
I just wanted to say that was coolest thing I’ve ever seen. Thank you for posting this it has just expanded my business ideas 💡
Great, glad you enjoyed!
What a machine🤗
No doubt!
Goid job. Fascinating video in tlf.
Wow I have to say that thing is a beast
When bitter Sweet, poison ivy, ivy and grape vines take over the back yard as best friends.
Still got more to go on that side.
I so needed one of those when I bought my land it was so overgrown with Raspberry bushes and blackberry bushes and some other sort of flowering bushes and little trees that grew and wild vines in poison ivy and everything else you can imagine it will grow wild it was well over 20 feet tall some of it and let me tell you I did every single bit of 2 acres with only a pair of garden shears from the dollar general and a push mower and weed eater took me 2 weeks but I got er done
A weedeater with a blade I hope cause ive tried cutting thru some pretty bad weeds with regular string and things went down hill from there. Pokeweed and kudzu were my worst enemy.
I had the same situation. Those wild black raspberries are so thorny. Florida water vines, did mine all by hand, loppers, push mower, rake also burn barrel.
Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for watching!
Davin you are such a hard worker until you know whats to be removed and whats to stay of the top of your head❤😂
That is an impressively awesome machine ‼️
No doubt.
I really like the camera better on the cab roof than on the tripod. You get a better view of the work. It makes it feel like you’re the one doing the work! 😊😊
Thanks for the feedback Gail!
Great job clearing .Thank God it's flat. My house is on a mountain side, with 4 acres to cut, its really hard work cutting with a strimmer as the bank is so steep. Fallen down quite a few times and rolled all the way down the bank lol. Wish I could plant grass that only grows 2 inches ha.
Yeah down here at the coast that is one thing I don't really have to deal with is steep hillsides and slopes which is nice but we do have plenty of swamps and low areas so that's really my main concern is getting bogged down and stuck in those areas because alot of times they're hidden. Thanks for watching!
Oh boy, I think we need a bigger tractor, lol. Good job guys!
Thanks 👍
1st watch from Channel, the cutter did a lot better than i expected to see from it, pretty impressive implememt, looked like a nightmare of poison ivy & or poison oak.
Thanks for watching!
Watching u run ur brushhog reminds me of my bushhog I ran for the city parks&rec- the big difference is mine was a 6500 Ford tractor with a Brushwacker brushhog/ 2 to 1 gear box on the hog- I ran that machine for 6.5 years lol
Sweet! Sounds like a heck of a machine!
Camera says….
“I take nap.”
*Slowly lays down*😂 Man,I LOVE your videos.
Some kind of saying about the IQ of a person that watches grass grow - guessing mine must be somewhere around room temperature (probably a really cool room) because - I watched the whole video. And like Maryruth Teeter says below - in 3/4 of a century I've never seen a machine like this.
Yeah its definitely a cool machine for sure! I'm glad you watched the vid and enjoyed the content, thanks Randy!
That was so satisfying to watch
This was odly satisfying. I dont normally like wooded areas to be cut down. But this was kinda fun to watch.
Thanks for watching!
Very nice video. I really enjoyed the the point of view from the top. Especially that you left out any kind of disturbing music during the realtime work. Excellent job. I got a small company in europe doing similar things, but my equipment is a little bit different. You got a new subscriber.
Thank you for subscribing and I am glad you enjoyed the content! Cheers!
Thanks for explaining, it helps why you do it carefully. Thought you would define the the acreage a little better.
What a unit!!
Yes it is, thank you for watching Donald!
What an awesome attachment
Yes it is! I am wowed on almost a daily basis! Thank you for watching Catherine!
23:10 bet it was interesting finding those with that mulcher deck.
No doubt.
Good job that machine works like a hot damn!!!
Yes it does, thanks for watching Sharon!
I started watching paused it went and got a 12 pack came back and pushed play it’s memorizing work like watching a waterfall.
Thanks for watching! If you like this check out some of my other content! I have alot more stuff like this on the channel!
You gotta love that "Iron Weeds"
For sure!
Do you back up a lot because you have to expell chopped material and keep it from getting bunched? Or are you making those small passes to be careful for rocks? Really curious how you use these machines. Also, how high of a flow machine do you need for running a mulcher?
thanks nice job💕😄🙏
