As somebody who is not currently a parent, but is healing a some parental wounds and wants kids in the future, this content is so unbelievably helpful and nourishing. Something else to remember is, just like one thing may work / be the best thing for one family but not for another, it's the same from one child to another. Often I have to totally change my parenting approach to each of my kids depending on where they're at as an individual.

Hahaha it took me a week to realize i had done this. I didn’t see that anyone else noticed but yes absolutely working with a mushy brain here 😂
Thanks for the helpful videos! Just a side note is that I had a hard time hearing the past few/the ones showing the podcast recordings as the speaking volume was lower. I tried via the podcast app too and it was the same sounding. I checked my phone volume and the volume in my car as I had it connected to my Bluetooth in my car and it was all the way up. Maybe it was bc I was driving and the extra noise, but also listened to another podcast while driving and that one was ok to hear. Could be just me but wanted to pass it along in case it is helpful to hear or anyone else has the same issue. Thanks again for all the great content Jess!
