Amazing progress!!! Frankie works really hard and is an outstanding young lady. Considering that teen years pass so quickly I hope that acquisition of a horse is high on the list of priorities.

I love your garden.
If you get the digger stuck again use a big crescent or pipe wrench to put on the drive shaft and back it out some that’s how we get are digger in stuck
Looking good there 3 Mississippi , that place is coming along real nice like 👍 😂
Love your area there guys, very scenic. Good to have people with the experience, you have some good neighbours. Nice Father’s Day present Cyd. Frankie is amazing on the tractor, actually she seems to do well with every thing she dose, she has the interest and good parents. Good luck guys!! 👍👍❤️❤️🇨🇦
Thank you 🙏

Team work!!
Probably one of my favorite episodes to watch.
I do have a Kubota LX 2610 and run 6” and 12” auger’s on it and have YET got one stuck, “fingers crossed “😬. But you guys are correct no one got hurt and nothing broke. Looking forward to future episodes. Keep up the great work!
Great video. My son is in the process of putting in 400' of pipe fence between hot weather, work, and wheat harvest. You getting the auger stuck brought back a bad memory. That is one thing I like about an auger on a skid steer, they are reversible if you get it stuck.
she's so comfortable on that tractor. That's the way I grew up. I was driving all sizes of tractors, combines, and bob-trucks well before I had my "driver's license". Not only being able to operate the controls but being brought up seeing and understanding the ramifications of inattention and mistakes. Tractors and heavy equipment, are serious business, but youngsters can definitely handle it, if raised right.
Ms frankie looks like she growed up on a tractor.i know yall are very proud of her.yall look yall working hard.hope yall have a great week.
Great job congratulations
When the auger gets hung in the ground like that. If another tractor is not available, get a pipe wrench and turn the auger the other way to unscrew it from the root. Works for me.
Nice job! Great neighbors too.
They are the best ♥️
Frankie sure knows her way around a tractor. Can't imagen what she's gonna be like in a car or truck! LOL Good job guys, the animals are a comin'!
Some good paying jobs driving equipment and she already will have the training and can use it on a resume how many years she has been operating and what equipment.
I don't know if the ffa still has tractor driving competitions, but if they do, Frankie is a heavy favorite to win...
Love to see those MXXX series Kubota, got a M110GX on the farm I work and and absolutely love that machine for the hay work
Right on 👍
Frankie is an awesome helper indeed. Just awesome!!!!
Lots going on👍. Exciting. Thank you for sharing. Keep us posted. Thanks✌️🇺🇸❤️
No one was hurt. Amazing life lesson and Great job pointing it out. That Kid is going places for sure. You guys are great parents!
Thank you 🙏
I bought a magnet pole because the previous owner that was a welder that threw stuff everywhere and it's saved me $$$ on tractor tires
Gpa had a big round magnet outta something he put a heavy wire thru for a handle and grandkids got the job of dragging it thru the yard to get any metal picked up.
A .44 mag makes a perfict hole for putting the gate lagbolts in. Going to be a nice fence.
You guys are terrific. Fencing is not easy. What a family! Working together. Conscience of the ups and downs of any project.
Big tractors loader was in top pin position which is high lift. Lower hole is for power.
Another well thought out project for your livestock coming soon on the 3 Mississippi homestead. Mike , Syd & Frankie your a hardworking family. Kuddos ! To your amazing helpful neighbors. 😊
Next time you get a auger stuck get a large pipe wrench and turn it backwards until free
When I was Frankie's age grandpa had me hauling winter hay bales from the house to thejohn Deere (with long axle) summer barn. Grandpa said it takes slot of skill to get into the barn wo hitting the car. I hit the car.
Oh no 🙈
Good morning y'all
This year is the year for you guys. It looks like everything is coming together on the property, congratulations. Frankie is very gifted with her skills on the tractor. She will be able to adapt to any challenge she faces, she is a great kid. Great parenting shows
OH look, it's Kenny's baby daddy 🤣..... YAY for fencing and animals I know you are over the moon Syd 😀👍❤️.... Frankie is the tractor whisperer 💪💕💕
Never let that auger just go. Dig and pick up. Dig and pick up.
HOW DARN EXCITING!
Lots of good work done by everyone. Goes easier when it is a shared project. Well done! Dan, from Alberta, Canada. 🇨🇦
Another GREAT VIDEO ❤❤❤❤❤
Enjoyed the video as usual
Good afternoon Syd, Mike, & Frankie 🇺🇸
Right Syd, Frankie ROCKS
I'd save that barb wire....roll it up hang it up somewhere. Future projects.
Exciting @3 Mississippi
Have a great day 🇺🇸
Man ur husband is a Big Guy but Brad is huge !! He gots to be 6ft 6in 😅 Nice to have friends and neighbors like him and his son !!😊
Ha ha yea Ryan is a big guy and a hard worker !
A big tractor is nice but sometimes you need a small one instead lol
So true ! Good to have friends with the biggins when needed 😂
Hi from Scotland
Great job, Frankie, all of the greats have stuck one before, Jason, John.
nice
Enjoy watching
I’d use the zero turn mower between the Tposts
Yup y’all need 75-100 hp Tractor
Naw … just might borrow one from time to time
Your daughter is a good worker you guys taught her well
Tell Mike happy father's day I worked 43 yrs in Minnesota one job no children I've never got a card ever
Now that will be a very stout fence. Good works guys. Cool video. 👍❤️
That’s ok Kenny you got heart!! Lol
Looks like a very efficient day, great job and awesome video!
I really enjoy your family's energy have a wonderful Sunday
Thank you 🙏
Nice teamwork out there today. Great progress!
Soap! Yes soap, take a bar of soap and put slivers of soap in the hole And on the threads of the bolt. Try it again and tell me how much easier that is. I have used liquid soap it's not quite as slippery. God bless your family!
Frankie should starta tractor driving school. Mike, Tim and Dave can be her first students. I was at tractor supply yesterday getting a horse panel to put over my cucumbers and looked at some of that wire fencing. That stuff ain't cheap.
Hi Mike, Syd, and Frankie. Looking good there. Things are really shaping up! Frankie is quite the young worker, and does very well with the equipment you have. Proud parents, is very understandable. You are right on Mike, as to those learning moments in life. C'mon with the goat fencing. Blessings from Rick, in N.H.
Just love your family dynamic!
We haven’t killed each other yet 😂
Always enjoy seeing progress! Things are coming along fast!
Awesome video.
Thank you 🙏
WAIT! How did he forget to loop that? LOL
Things happen 🤷🏻♀️
Tree roots absolutely suck! when post angering dont how many time we hit roots and big rocks when augering a step out decks in contruction!
I think I will make some beans and fried cornbread
Great job guys . Frankie you rock 🎸 💪
The place is starting to look amazing. I know Syd has been missing having her animals.
I always put a diagonal brace from the top of the end post to the bottom of the second post. Otherwise in wet weather the fence loosens the post and pulls it away from the gate opening-even when the post was cemented into the ground..
Frankie still Rockin’ It! Mike, take note, she didn’t break Kenny! Hmmm? ❤❤
😂
Awesome build wish you all the best. When you get your horses you need to name one of them Husker!
Frankie is a hard working girl. I know both of you are ear to ear smiles with her.
She owns that tractor,
From what I've seen .
Those tree roots go a lot further and deeper than one would think.
I could see on her face she was aggravated at her self. But that stuff happens . The big tractor came to the rescue.
24 minute mark.. that's a new shirt design.. "Day ain't over yet..."
I stole that from City slickers movie …
Lol that's awesome! Just like real surveyors! Measure once dig 2 holes! Lol no problem easy fix !
Mike should trade in the small tractor for the big one with weather proof cab, this is a big farm
And the big tractor has many more attachments.
And costs four times as much ….
Tractors one of the most dangerous pieces of equipment on a farm or home stead! Always respect power equipment
Dam girl didn’t realize all those piercing you got . She’s a natural with the tractor
Syd and Mike are you in the middle off all this severe weather? ❤❤
All quiet right now but it’s fixin to hit us later .
The boy is Frankie’s future husband lol
😂
If anyone could move the Earth, it would be Frankie. Great video
DREAM FARM FOR ME!! IM LOOKING HARD.. IM OUTSIDE NEW ORLEANS,LA AND LOOKING IN MS... I MISSED A 80AC. PROPERTY THAT WAS SET TO THE T... WE HAVE A SMALL HOUSE IN POPLARVILLE MS ON 1AC. IN MIDDLE OF 100AC TRACK... CANT WAIT TO LEAVE THE CITY WITH MY FAMILY...LOVE YOUR CHANNEL!!!
Best of luck ! Thank you 🙏
🤙🏻
Should have shown the front tire of the big tractor compared to the back tire on Kenny😊
Great work guys.
Thank you so much
Hope ur goin to have a shed for the goats, they dont like to get wet
Yes, there will be a covered shelter for them 😀
Time for the gate stretcher
👍👍👍
A tip for your fence lines, pour fire ashes under your fence line it's biodegradable but will kill all the plants
Get Frankie a L3560. I think she deserves it!!!
Ha ha if you’re buying , then sure 😂
Mike had a "smooth move, slick" moment! LOL If ya gonna have that much acreage, if you can swing it, its best to have overkill and not need it than need it and not. You could still keep the one for the smaller jobs and maybe get a mowing deck for it to mow the yard or what not, but a bigger tractor with a lot more lead in its butt might prove very useful.
❤😊
Franmie so takes after her father, she not afraid to get dirty
