What makes this remix for me is that it has villainous undertones. Spamton is *NOT* as heroic as Mettaton Neo, and neither are his motifs. There's some contrast between Neo's and Spamton's motifs, but then they're drawn together by the freedom one. Narratively it's beautiful, because that's a common thread between the two of them and the want for real freedom is one of the more redeeming motivations Spamton has.
