Looking good man. I cut my 88 gt off at the firewall and took the bar all the way to the cage inside. Welded a couple 3x4 square in, from the firewall to the front and tied the bars from the cage to them. Motor plate and everything else welded to the 3x4. Built my own shock towers and all. I wish I could have cut them off in front of the towers but the master or reservoir leaked for years as a street car and had rotted that section pretty good. It all turned out real clean. I’m a home builder not a chassis guy but figured I could do it, and did. I’ll be glad to see when you get raggedy Ann rolling because it’s been missed at the no preps!
NICE ! Lots of progress since the last video. Really good to see friends helping out still. And although getting a response from you is always appreciated, I understand you've got a lot going on and it's most important that you bring your baby back to life again, and others would agree I'm quite sure. I mean, Raggedy Ann IS the channel after all !! Rock on CJ 🙂
Cody is awesome to deal with. I have one of his 8.50 cages in my car. He actually called me (I’m in Canada) to apologize and let me know that it was going to be about a week longer than expected and why. I was blown away that he actually took the time to call me personally well before it was originally supposed to ship to let me know. And the cage fits amazing. Walking around the pits at the track and looking at other cars cages, I’m so happy I went with his. Didn’t have to touch one notch. Everything fit perfectly.
Getting closer every day don't be frustrated be proud I'm 59 starting new build all by myself no help it's a journey to the fullest keeping yung feeling till night fall 😂😂
Factory firewall looks to me I have built a couple foclx body's back in day I do not miss cutting firewall and getting it notched and moved back while leaving enough factory for driver feet we would cut and move everything else back it would make for a number 8 header tube pain in the ass but cars really worked ten times better then they already do
Heck yeah cj looking good brother long hard road for ya guys awesome progress and perseverance is key and you've had that ....love your persistent mindset cant wait to see it back and hopefully get to meet ya out in ohio next season 😮
Looking good and be making a lot of progress on it and it won’t be long it will be running can’t wait glad to see you having help with it and getting it done be making test pass in it before you know it
Once the car is complete before you ever even drive at CJ needs to sit down and have a one-on-one conversation with raggedy Ann and tell her she needs to lose the attitude and start acting correctly
