10 is literally a 10/10. One of the best albums ever made. Pearl Jam is my favorite band of all time so sure, I'm biased. But, Vedder's vocals mixed with their amazing musical talents....just perfection.
Thank God for the bands out of Seattle in the late 80s to early 90s that made it. They kicked all the crap 80s music off the radio immediately! I bought this CD the day it dropped at National Record Mart at the mall. (You guys probably never heard of National Record Mart either)...! Lol First saw PJ in 1992 at Lollapalooza II in Pittsburgh, (Google the list of artists)!! Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Ministry, Sound Garden, and Pearl Jam to name the ones I remember, as we had a bunch of mescaline! What a day! LoL
Good god. I was JUST thinking the other day about wishing more people would react to this song and now I find you guys. Amazing album and amazing song!
You haven't heard the entirety of Ten??!🤯 Well, the good news is there's plenty more great stuff left for you to discover. All their albums up to Riot Act are really great, and the truth they haven't made a bad one yet.👍👍🍺🍺
Hi guys! I'm amazed you never got around to "side 2" of the album 10!! Wow! There is so much great music on that disc, as you know! But, here we go!! I love Garden and Oceans! By the way, have you all seen the MTV Unplugged performance from 1992? If not, you have to react to some of those performances! Even though those songs are ones, for the most part, you already know, the performance is so cool! Check out "Black" from the Unplugged show! Also "State of Love & Trust"! Wait! You haven't heard "Porch" yet! You could react to the Unplugged version of that song! WOW!!
Nick, we are brothers in music, I just watched this video and was thinking to write, that the intensity of Eddie Vedder reminds me of Robert Plant, for example in Since I've been loving you , and before it was written you say, reminds me of Led Zeppelin; how crazy is this :-) Other than that, Pearl Jam went the same way as Creed, I have one album that satisfied me, but I never bought another one. But Ten is a great album
This song often gets overshadowed by the big hits earlier in the tracklist. When you listen to it you still hear all the intricacies and melodies that you expect in a Pearl jam song. Thanks for reminding us about this song!
Jeff Ament (bass guitar), Stone Gossard (rhythm guitar), Mike McCready (lead guitar) are some of the best Guitarist around. Their work is truly underrated.
Great song! I've seen PJ live 4 times..epic!!! Present Tense (how to live life) Inside Job (it always is) Long Nights (my funeral song). I'm a 70's teen but totally fell in love with 90's PJ, Soundgarden, STP, AIC. I have seen them all live. How lucky I am. Great job guys!!
If you haven't already you need to listen to whole album, I love you two reaction I feel the same way about Eddie and Pearl Jam, I love grunge also Soundgarden and Alice in Chains/ Chris Cornell and Layne Staley R.I.P. 😇😇
I bought this album when i was 14 right after my first girlfriend broke up with me. And this song in particular i played repeatedly over and over singing along. (Maybe i cried, a little) Fortunately my heart ache was short lived because I met my highschool sweetheart a month later and lived happily ever after.....for awhile. Oh you need to react to "Ocean" too another beautifully sad song.
You know TEN was released before Nirvana's Nevermind album and it didn't gain popularity until after. The sad part about this is if Andy Wood hadn't passed there probably wouldn't be any Pearl Jam.
I think you two would love the song "Rats" from Pearl Jam's second album 'Vs." It's one of my favorite PJ songs and I think you'd really enjoy it. I would recommend the remastered version.
I have a couple of amazing songs to recommend. They have been done by lots of reactors but that's just because they are so amazing. 1-Drug in me is Reimagined by Falling in Reverse ( you may want to compare to original). 2-Kingdom by Devin Townsend (EMG TV version). You won't regret it!
Ironically my favorite band from the grunge era is not grunge. I love grunge music but Dream Theater brought back prog rock/metal with a vengeance despite mainstream top 40. I remember hearing Smells Like Teen Spirit, Jeremy, Black Hole Sun, and then all of a sudden here comes Pull Me Under by DT on the radio. I'm glad they changed things up a bit and gave as variety because some of the grunge scene was becoming stagnant.
If you like Eddie Vedder's vocal's then you should listen to the song "Footsteps" which is just Eddie and an acoustic guitar. I think this is one of Eddie's best vocals but not many people are aware of this song. The arrangement was written by Chris Cornell for the Temple of the Dog album but he lent the song to Eddie and he put his own lyrics to the song and slightly changed the arrangement. The sister song of this is actually on the Temple of the Dog album called Times of Trouble. Love your guys reaction. This is one of my favorite era's of music.
So you “love Pearl Jam” and the album Ten, which you said you’ve “listened to so many times”, yet you never realized “Garden” was a track? Have you also never heard “Release”, one of their most iconic songs? You can’t call yourselves fans and not be familiar with the songs on Ten, let alone any of their other albums. Just bugs me when people make obvious fake claims like this.
I bought this album, soon after it came out, and I don’t think that I listened to all of it. I only know the two big hits -Jeremy and Alive. I suggest that you react to Alive, but not to Jeremy. It comes with a major emotional waning on the unedited official video. 😒
Release is the most emotional and underrated song on this album, in my opinion.
11 songs. The last song is Release and then there's a hidden track called Master/Slave. That's why it says 9 minutes
Release is one of my favourites from them. what a song!
This is one of those rare albums where every song is killer (no filler)
-Awesome!
My favorite song on the album

You're missing out on great Pearl Jam albums. Their latest Gigaton is another masterpiece
Release is Awesome
Vitalogy is another classic!!
Agreed my favorite is not for you
They are still recording albums all these years later. Check out Quick Escape from their newest album Gigaton.
Always one of my favorite songs!
If you love Eddie you need to hear No Code, Off He Goes, it’s so beautiful
i'm dying for people get to the good stuffs.. i love ten but when you hear no code, yield, you got a lot of fellings
All yield it's pure gold, but i'm dying to people to listen to off he goes.
Boring song :(
Good god. I was JUST thinking the other day about wishing more people would react to this song and now I find you guys. Amazing album and amazing song!
So glad you found us and hope you enjoyed the reaction!! :) - Lex
Great debut album, one of the best ever, when I first heard Alive I had to stop the car and see who it was...You guys Rock once again!
Given to Fly and I Am Mine, both from less known newer albums, are both really good songs.
Exactly the face everyone makes every time Mike McCready does his magic. :-)
This is the most underrated song Pearl Jam has. This one and wash.
You haven't heard the entirety of Ten??!🤯 Well, the good news is there's plenty more great stuff left for you to discover. All their albums up to Riot Act are really great, and the truth they haven't made a bad one yet.👍👍🍺🍺

This was the JAM!! One of the few songs I learned on guitar. This was a brilliant album during the grunge movement. Basically my 20 something anthem.
Vitalogy, no code, and yield also great albums from them with some of their best work.
Tis whole album, should be inducted into hall off fame ❤
In albums they have Ten, Vs, Vitalogy, no code, yield, binaural, riot act, and the avocado album those were there prime eight from back in the day
This song often gets overshadowed by the big hits earlier in the tracklist. When you listen to it you still hear all the intricacies and melodies that you expect in a Pearl jam song. Thanks for reminding us about this song!
I like Oceans a lot too.. their music video for this song is so cool...you guys should check that one out :)
my favorite Pearl Jam song is....Glorified version of a Pellet Gun.......
Jeff Ament (bass guitar), Stone Gossard (rhythm guitar), Mike McCready (lead guitar) are some of the best Guitarist around. Their work is truly underrated.
They're the best live band and put on a great show you should watch one of them on RUclips there about 3 hours check out Wrigley Field

I love the Grunge era. Pearl Jam is my favorite. But some amazing bands and singers came out of it
Beautiful melody, wonderful mood & greeeeaat guitar solo.
Porch live from PINK POP festival 1992. 🤞🤯✌
This Song Never got any air play. Probably my favorite trac on the album!
Ah nostalgia
Than listen to release as well!
Rick beato does a great breakdown of garden as well:)
Best song on the album, amazing.
People who tuned out after the first or first three albums have missed so much.
My favorite thanks for the reaction subscribed
You should try Mike's version of Maggot Brain.
Thnks, folks. I am learning English by your reactions. Good work!
Wow that’s great! Thank you for sharing! :) - Lex
You know TEN was released before Nirvana's Nevermind album and it didn't gain popularity until after. The sad part about this is if Andy Wood hadn't passed there probably wouldn't be any Pearl Jam.
Please check out some STP or Soundgarden Rusty Cage.
I think you two would love the song "Rats" from Pearl Jam's second album 'Vs." It's one of my favorite PJ songs and I think you'd really enjoy it. I would recommend the remastered version.

Un like. Y aquí esperando vuelvan con el flaco Spinetta. Besos desde San Luis Argentina
My favorite grunge group used to be Alice in Chains but the evolving career of Chris Cornell made me a bigger fan of his. RIP bro.

If you’ve only heard the first few songs on this album, you have to listen to oceans and release.
