I think lobos did a run like that for ds1. It was called something along the lines of clearing out lordran, where he killed everything without dying or sitting at a bonfire.
I I only cleared archstone of the digger king since flamelurker and armored spider is super easy but im worried I feel like my crescent falchion is starting to get underpowered
That part right off the start when you dodge the single Boulder down the stairs was fire I remember my first time playing this game took me like 15 tries to get through even the first part with phalanx lol guess since it was the first it was still a fresh concept for a game and was difficult for me to grasp.
i played this after beating bloodbourne and elden ring and playing a good amount of dark souls 1 and 3. the first level in this one still took me a while, i ran up those stairs so many times

if in ng + you die at the beginning of the location at the hands of a black phantom, then you immediately get to the king and if you kill him and talk to the immortalized, then all the obelisks open despite the fact that the phalanx is still alive
I’ve played both and I wouldn’t say either is easier but honestly, Elden Ring is epic! If you pick the samurai build, it’s such an epic experience of a game. As a beginner it will be frustrating starting off, I started off with Bloodborne, but the key is not give up. Despite frustrations of dying just in boss fights or before, if you continue and preserve and eventually get the hang of the mechanics of the game, it’ll be one of the most fun and rewarding gaming experiences you’ll have. Elden ring is a masterpiece. I wish I could replay it again for the first ever time! You’re in for an epic journey! Enjoy !!
Elden Ring is easier, but honestly, all the souls games are doable. The trick is perseverance and learning boss attack patterns. All these games require mastery of the mechanics but Elden Ring gives you more tools to overcome the challenge.

How does your spells do so much dmg? I played royalty and put a lot of points into magic but i never did this kind of dmg using soul arrow at like SL60+

That's because Sword of Searching and the Luck stat have zero bearing on rare weapon drops. You're better off with base Luck of 7 and no item discovery
I've never played dark souls or demon souls but those magic abilities you use on the bosses are beefy as fuck. Take like a quarter of the health away lol

@@jkws0 Hmm, but couldn’t he also (if close enough) lock on and just back up? I asked in his stream and Dist didn’t answer but his chat suggested kiting, faster casting and possibly more damage. Im still not sure. I could see having your back to him manipulate the a.i., and possibly make them less likely to dodge. I later noticed he uses the same technique on Old Monk too. I need to experiment with it myself.
@@jqr8049 can’t lock on at that distance. You can get 2-3 soul rays in if you manually aim before lock on distance, then 1 before it attacks. Gotta manually aim at distance for the strat to work - I just tried it successfully last night. Keep it across the entire length of the platform, dodge the attacks, nuke it before the 2nd one can get in the mix, repeat for #2. Gg2ez
