For me anxiety is the main symptom , it has completely paralyzed my life . I don’t know what I would do without the Lord Jesus . Trusting in him ❤️

Hi Patricia, my name is Patricia as well. Other than our name we have 2 more things in common. Anxiety as the main symptom of perimenopause and our faith in the lord. I know that your comment is from many months ago but I would love to know how you are doing with the anxiety and if you're doing better what did you do or take to improve it? I know that the Lord is going to put the right person in my path so that I can get the answers I need to get me through this. Prayer and my faith is what keeps me going. I'm going on 2 years with this horrible anxiety amongst other symptoms. I need to be as close to the person I used to be. I pray you have gotten better and that you can continue your life anxiety free 🙏. I hope to hear from you.

@@rubythecraftgirl7097 hi Patricia , I’m sorry it took me so long to respond , I just saw your message. Thank God I’m doing much better , I’m working , I’m driving , something I never thought I would do again because of how bad it was . I went to see a holistic doctor . He gave me magnesium, vitamin D with vitamin K , and other medications which I don’t remember. He did gave me medication for anxiety and depression, all natural . I did a lot of praying , reading my Bible and memorizing scripture. I’m not saying it’s all gone , I have my moments but not as bad . I hope you are doing well and much better . I wish you the best . God bless you ❤️

@@rubythecraftgirl7097 exercise ! It will help tremendously. Also one thing the doctor told me to stop eating dairy , and food or snacks that are using coloring . I hope I made myself clear . Just make sure you check with your doctor before trying any of this .

I'm in peri-menopause and I am shouting this ish from the rooftops. I'm talking to EVERYBODY about it, because most people pretend that it doesn't exist.

This is lovely-could you make a version without the soundtrack. It is extremely distracting when one is trying to decipher the accents. Audio hypersensitivity is past of my profile.

When I got my period, there was so much support and information, from my friends, sex education. There was a feeling of optimism and excitement. When menopause hit, I reached out to various women. They would change the subject or say they breezed through it. My mom was really supportive and I was able to open up. As far as the media goes, many are pushing hrt. It may be the answer but there us a psychological dimension that gets ignored.
