That is when there is a lack of oxygen a more of Carbon monoxide is present, but that can happen while smoking hookah but this is when you have a rush of Nicotine in the blood system and you didn't eat nor had anything to drink. It only happens to new Hookah smokers.
No matter what i do i always get dizzy i tried everything the only thing that kinda works is snacking between pulls. Maybe its because i pull like a monster lol
Well here are few tips... 1. is that you have to understand that you will get a buzz it's Nicotine rush and lots of people like that buzz. Now if you get a headache that is different. 2. Try to take breaks between pulls 3. Don't smoke it like weed so don't keep it in long just inhale and exhale right away. 4. If you don't like the buzz you can go with Tobacco free Shisha ,Shisha Stones or even Tea Shisha. But yeah keep Hydrated drink something sweet and eat snacks.

It's got fuck all to do with nicotine. It's monoxide poisoning; why are you inhaling the stuff? Are you trying to get high off it? Did you believe all these numpties talking about 'getting a buzz'? If you want to get high then use something designed for the job like booze or drugs. If you want to enjoy hookahs without getting sick just make sure the room is well ventilated and cycle the vapour through your nose instead of inhaling it.
I swear hookah freaks are some of the dimmest people out there. Tell me, when you started did you go for it because the social aspects of it were similar to drugs use except you didn't end up battered? Right; so stop trying to get high off it and just puff it gently.
A buzz is not a high is like comparing Coffee with Cocaine because you need a upper... It's something we use when we in to club or lounge to socialize ...even parties or get togethers. There are many Shishas out there with no nicotine all we are doing is letting you know what Nicotine sickness does.

Pills might not work because you have 1. low sugar and 2.you are dehydrating. Best solution is drink lots of water and eat something sweet. this will only happen in the beginning till your body get's use to it

The first time I started trowing up after smoking hookah I felt so bad but when I find out that you need to eat and dring water I new that was the problem I havent eaten all day that day but now I'm good and I go to hookah places every like other day

I'm very glad I found this video, I just wish I had found it earlier. I just smoked herbal hookah on an almost empty stomach and I almost passed out. I ate a big meal, went back, had a few puffs and I feel so much better!

Damn my first time smoking hookah I was in Bulgaria and I smoked in a restaurant and I smoke really much with my brother and we didn’t eat before it and we barely drank cuz their drinks were expensive and after we were done I almost blacked out I fell to the ground and dizzy as hell and my bro threw up like 1 hour later and the effect stayed for like 3 - 4 h

I get hookah sick from lack of food and water, or quicklights. I've gone an entire night smoking hookah and felt fine but just an hour or so with quicklights and my head is pounding.
yes quicklight are made from gun powder as well and that will give you headaches

Yeah it's important not to smoke on empty stomach and again this is only if you are not a regular smoker.
Today when having hoohak i got heavy sweating, dizziness & got weak suddenly, it took almost 30 minutes to recover, what is problem???
So could be 2 things, your sugar level dropped too low meaning you need to keep hydrated but with something sweet to drink.

How to avoid hookah sickness: don't smoke tobacco products. Vape or smoke herbs, weed. Smoke fucking tea. Anythings better than tobacco.

One thing I learned from smoking tobacco pipes: Sugar and sugar under the tongue.
I usually hit the pipe hard--hookahs, too--so of course I'd get sick sometimes. The older guys would just laugh at me and give me a tablespoon of sugar to put under my tongue. It doesn't quickly cure nicotine sickness, but after 5-10 minutes, I was feeling much better. Not 100%, but well within bearable.
Another thing, if you get sick quickly, have a can of coke while you smoke, it really does help.

I’m 13 I smoke hookah but I make my owne hookah flavors the flavor I make is nicotine free and Tabaco free this is how I make it I peel of apple skin and chop it up then I put it in a hot pan until it is brown after that I put it in a bowl and add honey then I smash up tic tacs any flavor u want and I put it in the apple peel then u put red food color and that’s it ...it taste awesome and u can inhale it with no lung problems just don’t do it too much

The doctor needs to be educated because one cigarette contains TAR, 1.5 % Nicotine (which nicotine is not a harmful drug) and it contains over 6000 chemicals which 60 of them are known to cause cancer. Now, 1session of Hookah contains NO TAR, only 0.05% Nicotine, and NO chemicals at all. So yeah that Doctor needs to be educated. I'm here all-day.

Well that my friend is Hookah sickness it could have been many things that cause it like if they used round coals, Ventilation, no breaks in between smokes, not hydrated or not eating well before smoking. Im 14 and very used to hookah (not showing off just telling yall how much im used to shisha so u dont say im not used to it and shit) and this only happened to me once. once i was in a shisha place smoking hookah for like 3-4 hours straight and i was feeling ok but after i got home i felt exhausted AF, i couldnt get off my bed and my whole body felt tired and i had a mild headache, i just took a shower after fighting my tiredness and managed to get of my bed, that was like 2 months ago and never happened to me again
Wow 14 that is really young age, we never recommend smoking at that age but yeah cold shower would help but hydrating yourself is always better, it's mostly the 1st few times your body is not used to the nicotine, after a while, it will be ok.

Yesterday around 4 in the afternoon I smoked a hookah for the first time, I finished the while bowl ans felt okay, but around 8 or 9 my heart rate got a lot faster and everywhere on my head had a pulsing pain, one of the worst headaches I've ever had, I used quick light coals so maybe that was the problem, I want to try again but I'm scared if the chest and headaches

Ive smoked hookah before and 2 days ago I smoked hookah and the day after in the night I felt like I couldnt breathe, lightheaded and I was shaking is this normal for the first couple sessions?
Well it's not normal but yes new smokers have to take it easy. The problem is the body is not used to nicotine so and it will give you shivers and lightheadedness, basically something like a hangover. So try to take it easy the 1st few times.

Well it also depends what the nicotine content of the tobacco is some have a very high nicotine level some are low so something to look at...
