This was an absolutely excellent interview! I am more and more convinced that we should pause AI development until we have a better handle on safety. That or we could do the hard work of intentional AI design.
@@MatthewPendleton-kh3vj pausing Ai development would mean that our rivals speed past us… they won’t adhere to our pause. Bad guys don’t typically like following rules…
