Im 1 min in but i have to pause and comment, yesterday i remembered that when i was younger (HS) I use to tell my friedns that i dont wanna get married nor have kids and this came from simply just being hurt by my parents separation, my parents didnt tell me at 12 years old when the separated ukuthi why will dad not be at home anymore they just separated and at 12 years old i translated that as "Pops left us" and that made me think ukuthi men leave - they leave their partners and their kids so i will not tie myself to a man who might leave me or even put my poor kids through that so ill focus on having a big career only, LOL yesterday Holy Spirit reminded me that i use to continuously say that i will never get married and i need to repent and renounce those words now and lol last night in prayer i renounced them...lets be carefull of our words bo love of our words anyway let me get back to watching😊❤

Yaa neh this is what the Holy spirit is teaching me these days. To be very careful of what i say everyday.
No man this word was out to reprimand me. After a week of turmoil and fighting at work and encounters with community members it got so bad that i got so frustrated that i would constantly say do what ever you want to me (kill me if you can) and wooow as much as death is not the greatest fear but this word is revealing that i was slowly confessing my own death when instead i should be rebuking these things.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 Thank you Mrs G this was for me

Same here I read it 3 years back and it has helped me a lot was going through difficulties last years I went back to read it just to get the devil out of my mind and it helped
I can relate to this i have expirienced the power of the tongue positively and negatively .Let me share one story I once lied to my daughter's teacher that she couldn't come to school because of my car had some problems, later that evening a truck hit my car, it broke my right mirror and bumper...on the next day when i took her to school indeed my car had problems for real..

This happened to me😭 I was in grade 7 and a new girl came to the school. So annually we had a fun splash day at school where we had the whole day outside playing on water slides etc. This girl became my friend and on the day she asked me what happened on the day the previous year. I made up a whole lie, jokingly also, and told her I was harassed by a group of boys in the bubble pit (a jumping castle that just had bubbles) . I told her they groped me, and pulled down my bra and basically sexually harassed in that jumping castle.
For context, the bubbles ran so high in that jumping castle that anyone inside or outside could not see what was happening inside the jumping castle.
After I told her all that, the fun splash day commenced , and I had totally forgot about what I had told the girl. To my surprise as the day went, what I told the girl unfolded in the same exact way😭😭😭. I only realised this when I started reading the Bible, that the tongue has power. I always tell people this story and they think I’m lying. I sore to never speak carelessly like that again😭
Instead now I confess things I don’t want happening. For example, I’ve confessed that I’ll never be robbed of my phone or whatever. And to this day, inkuzi is not my portion. It’s happened in my presence me many times, I’ve escaped it many times too coz I believed in the words I spoke. I hate it when people say “don’t say it will never happen to you” - fortunately I know inkuzi will never happen to me🤞🏾

I remember some time last was going through alot of distress, i prayed, cried to God but feel like God is not hearing me so one morning it was raining and i was driving to work, i did not literally say the words by mouth but i said it in my mind "i was like if only i can get into a car accident now and die than i know that i will finally get rest because it will not be suicide" just seconds after saying that my car turned the other way as the road was slippery by God's mercy there was no car behind me but i almost bumped into the cars next to me, i managed to control the steering wheel and swerved it to the other side where there were not cars. Did i not cry!
Oh my 🥺 I am so sorry to hear you experienced that. And I really pray now in Jesus name that you never find yourself in distress. That God's grace be sufficient for you ! His wisdom keep filling ! Mercy over you all the time

I remember around December 2022 we were going to visit magriza in free state now we take a taxi as a family late night so there are portholes on the road so now ppl are like imagine if these portholes could ruin the tires few minutes later the tires falls out the car through God nothing happened we were safe although were were speeding now they get the car fixed we go again someone says we are going to have a problem faa again , again the tire gets a prob now I'm realizing it was the power of the tongue these whole year when I started having trials I started being negative the power of the tongue , now I say May will be my breakthrough month , I blew my haircut money Wednesday trading fomc I say I will cut my hair tomz idk how what but I will , at 16 years old grade 11i will pass this term with distinctions I will change my life nd my parents lives thank you it really motivated me🙏💙
