When I first turn on my chair each time, the axis at the bottom that pushes the foot rest is slightly blocked by the metal bar across, creating a huge 'bang' sound. Any idea how to fix it? Thank you!

that is a Yilong YL-250A air pump. Be careful what voltage it is.
